Ministry of Homeland Security Visited Omaha Mall Before Massacre

It was a coincidence, no doubt. Not only did Bush visit Omaha prior to the massacre, but so did the Ministry of Homeland Security.

“We learned today that shortly before the shooting a Homeland Security employee visited the West Roads Mall to talk with officials about the mall’s security,” reports Charles Gibson for ABC News (see video). “Airports and sports arenas have tightened security considerably since 9/11, but malls have been reluctant to do so.”

“It is clear that at least five if not six training exercises were in operation in the days leading up to and on the morning of 9/11,” write Paul Joseph Watson and Alex Jones. “This meant that NORAD radar screens showed as many as 22 hijacked airliners at the same time. NORAD had been briefed that this was part of the exercise drill and therefore normal reactive procedure was forestalled and delayed.”

These exercises included Operation Northern Vigilance, the biowarfare exercise Tripod, Operation Vigilant Guardian, Operation Northern Guardian, and Operation Vigilant Warrior. Of course, such exercises, including simulated airliner hijackings and flying planes into the twin towers.

As Alex Jones reported in May, 2004, FEMA had arrived in New York on September 10th to set up a command post located at Pier 29 under the auspices of a “biowarfare exercise” (Tripod) scheduled for September 12, a fact revealed to Dan Rather by Tom Kenney of FEMA’s National Urban Search and Rescue Team.

For some odd reason, a Google News search does not return a repeat of the ABC News admission that a Ministry employee was at the mall the same day as the massacre.

However, comrade Chertoff, in remarks after the event, admitted that the Ministry had an employee at the West Roads Mall prior to the incident, although the corporate media did not find this worthy of mention.

“We also have our protective security advisors who go and visit various facilities. We actually had one, by coincidence, at the mall in question at the time of the incident, discussing reaction to IEDs and what you can do to prevent or reduce your vulnerability to IEDs. We had, again, given over $45,000 to this particular mall as part of a Buffer Zone Protection Plan, which resulted in allowing them to build entrance bollards, portable barriers, and communication systems.”

In other words, the Ministry sent a message in spades: malls, not unlike airports, are to become Gestapo zones. Prior to the shooting, the FBI prepared the ground by issuing a spurious warning about al-Qaeda, the documented CIA intelligence asset, striking malls in Los Angeles and Chicago.

“It’s not a reflection that there’s some specific imminent threat,” Chertoff continued. “And of course, the story out of Omaha is not a terrorism-related story. It’s similar to the tragedy we saw in Virginia Tech. We do live in an open society and there are people who are mentally disturbed who will sometimes take violent action. Obviously, the malls are almost all owned by private parties, so a lot of the responsibility for security lies with the private companies that own and operate the malls, and of course local government and local police play a major role as well.”

If Chertoff and the Ministry have their way, however, our “open society” will become decidedly less so as cops — and even firemen and paramedics — are trained to recognize those who harbor “discontent” for the state, training “developed by the International Council of Shopping Centers, a trade group, and the Homeland Security Policy Institute at George Washington University at a cost of $2 million. It is the first standardized anti-terrorism curriculum written for the nation’s estimated 20,000 mall security guards,” as the Washington Post reported back in January.

In New York, they are ahead of the curve, according to the National Terror Alert website.

“New York law enforcement officers have implemented a model program that enlists” John and Jane Doe “in watching for possible terrorist activity during the busy holiday shopping season.” It is called “Operation Safeguard,” a coordinated effort “meant to thwart a potential terrorist attack through a public education campaign, as well as create an unannounced presence at local malls and the roads that feed them during the busiest shopping season of the year.”

In other words, heavily militarized cops will scare the dickens out of shoppers, same as New York’s Intelligence Division is “in the business of scaring people,” as Popular Mechanics recently reported.

It is all about getting us accustomed to a heavy-handed police state, here to protect us, of course, so along as we do not demonstrate “discontent” or complain about its Gestapo tactics.

A few more mall incidents by deranged teenagers cranked up on pharm drugs – and maybe even a well-placed terrorist event – and the American people will be begging for surprise SWAT raids at the local mall and Ministry trained rentacops hallucinating Osama behind every concourse potted plant.

    My local mall has already started with oppressive lock-down rules under the guise of making the place safer and more ‘family friendly.’ Recently they’ve required all minors to have an accompanying adult with them after 5:00PM. Guards are now assigned to all entrances and check ID if you appear to be ‘underage.’ Of course, if you’re heading to the military recruitment center, you won’t be needing an escort, but when are they ever open past 5 o’clock?? This mall attack will only stand to make the public more docile when it comes to further infringement on our freedoms, all in the name of public safety.

    Interesting… I thought upon learning of this latest massacre… Some totally random shootings take place (shooter of course kills himself) whenever some really damaging news is highlighted against the bush administration. V Tech. And this on the heels of the damaging report discrediting the WW3/Iran warmongering from bush, etc.

    They blow up places and massacre people to create a distraction. It’s very very sick. But it’s becoming so obvious their motives.

    Officials from the department of “Homeland Security” (that terrible name taken right from the Nazi playbook) visit the mall just prior to the shootings and then the spin in the news is that while Homeland Security has been trying to “protect us” at the malls, the malls have been reluctant to tighten security.

    People, if you are awake, it is SO EASY to see where this is going.

    To prevent couples from enjoying private moments together, we already have motion activated cameras on beaches that surveil “citizens” and bark out verbal warnings that they are being watched. (don’t believe me?? … Google it!!!). We’ve already succumbed to being forced to take our shoes off and to drink breast milk, and to be put on “no fly” lists in order to purchase the services of private airline companies.

    We have become docile children willing to submit to anything the authorities require of us. And when we don’t we are Tasered and killed (yes idiot scoffers Tasers kill 300 innocent people a year!). When we don’t properly water our lawns we are wrestled to the ground and assaulted.

    Please don’t be naive enough to think these are all random isolated incidents!

    American Malls are one of our greatest symbols of our open, free society and the success of private enterprise. Naturally the intrusive and ugly head of militaristic government will soon darken the doorways of this symbol.

    Unless current trends are reversed I promise you that you will see Blackwater mercenaries in military fatigues carrying automatic weapons in our shopping malls.

    Wake up my beloved America! Wake up!!! We don’t need to confiscate guns from freedom loving citizens. We don’t need more “protection” by our government! We need protection FROM our government! Wake up! Wake up! Do your part to end government tryanny. It isn’t coming … it is here.

    I want the department of “Homeland Security” to stay out of American Malls!!!

    Homeland security people on the site reinforces suspicion that it was gonna be a false flag assassination… and that Hawkins was a patsie in the mold of Lee Harvey Oswald and Osama bin Laden…

    The Russians said it was an assassination attempt on GWB… but then the VA tech massacre is thought to be an ISJ as well… Release the transcripts of the radio transmissions that led the Russians to make the conclusion they made… Then everyone can make up their own mind, and not rely on a media propaganda machine that turns a blind eye to hard evidence.

    From FSB …reports circulating in the Kremlin this morning are detailing a shocking gun battle that took place in the United States between American Secret Service Agents and an ‘unknown’ number of what are believed to be 3 ‘highly trained, military type’ sniper units in a suburban mall in Omaha, Nebraska. According to these reports, President Bush, was using a ‘cover story’ for his unannounced visit to Omaha.

    The White House admits GWB was in Omaha at least up until about an hour before the shooting… maybe he got wind of the plot in time.

    Upon the US Secret Service units entering into the Westroads Mall, and prior to the American President’s intended photo-op, FSB reports detail a ‘chaotic’ series of radio transmissions that, seemingly, detail a ‘furious’ gun battle between what can only be described as US Forces firing on US Forces, and which, according to Western media information, has left 9 people dead. whatdoesitmean.com

    Martin Timothy quotes the infamous Sorcha Faal on a ‘furious’ gun-battle claimed to have taken place at the Omaha Mall. Sorcha Faal claims to be a researcher at the Russian Academy of Sciences, yet a search of their web site brings up no trace of her.

    There is no such person as Sorcha Faal. Sorcha Faal is widely believed to be a creation of David Booth, an American computer programmer. The writings of this Sorcha Faal on the ludicrous ‘whatdoesitmean’ site have absolutely no in reality, are never ever substantiated or correlated with other sources and can only be assumed to be deliberate misinformation.

    Martin, if the “Russians” you refer to are nothing more than Sorcha Faal, or the Russian Academy of Sciences, then I am sorry to tell you that you have been had.

    With this revelation of the DHS being on the scence at the mall prior to the shooting it is important that I go over some inconsistencies that I noticed while watching live coverage from Omaha news sources starting from near the beginning of the event.

    At around 3:10 pm CST a report came in from NBC 6 in Omaha that 2 men in military fatigues had been arrested outside of westroads mall. It was said that one of the two was hiding under a bus stop and that they were arrested because they fit the description of the shooter. You can see a photo of one of the persons who was arrested here:

    Although the photo is quite grainy you can clearly see that this is a black male wearing green fatigues.

    About 8 minutes later I heard on NBC 6 that witnesses were describing the weapon as an M-16. One of the witnesses was sure because she grew up around guns. The other witness who reported the weapon as an M-16 was a security guard.

    At 3:39 pm CST I saw a report on KMTV Action 3 news about 911 callers telling the dispatcher that “they are shooting at all of us”. I also heard reports around the same time of a public address announcement that told people to stay where they were and that the mall would be locked down.

    3:43 PM KETV reported that the shooter had been identified as a young black male wearing a green army vest and carrying an M-16.

    Again at around 4:03 pm CST KETV reported that the shooter was a young black male wearing a green army vest and carrying a rifle and that it was not known if he was in custody or one of the wounded.

    At the press conference that began shortly after the aforementioned KETV report the Omaha police spokesman was very evasive about specifics and only confirmed the number of people wounded, the number of people killed and that the shooter was dead from a self inflicted wound. She confirmed a rifle was used but not what kind. There was no mention of the earlier reports of a young black male wearing a green army vest and carrying an m-16 and no mention of the two people arrested outside of the mall wearing camouflage.

    At 4:24 pm CST I was watching KETV as they were playing a tape of an eyewitness from the Von Maur store where most of the shootings took place. As the witness was about to answer a question about the shooting the tape appeared to be fast forwarded.

    A couple of minutes later the first reports came in from ABC saying the shooter was a white male. After this point there would be no further mention of the of the young black male wearing a green army vest and carrying an m-16 rifle and no mention of the two people arrested outside of the mall who were wearing green camouflage.

    At 4:28 pm CST I heard a report that the Chief of Omaha police and the Mayor of Omaha were out of town. I found this to be very strange since the President was in their town.

    I watched the coverage on the live streams for 2 more hours but I heard nothing more of the initial reports. I don’t see how someone can confuse a young black male with a green army vest carrying and m-16 with a white male dressed in black and firing a AK-47.

    Very Strange.
