I was wondering if Marty had read the Civil War story line at the beginning of the year which specifically had Captain America fighting against the government backed forces of Tony Stark, during this story line government troops employ the use of the ‘evil’ characters to enforce their new law, systematically attack the young characters and introduce the initiative to have a police state enforced by the superheroes. During this story line Tony Stark has been displayed as being on the wrong side morally with many attacks on this system through out.
