Voter Fraud Against Paul Confirmed in Sutton, N.H.

According to a post this evening on the Ron Paul Forums, vote fraud occurred in Sutton, New Hampshire:

Sutton with 100% reporting reported 0 votes for paul but poster in Sutton posted:

My mom, aunt, and dad all voted for RP today in my hometown, My mom and aunt both work passing out ballots, and checking them off. I just looked at the politico map and it says their town has ZERO votes for Ron. Now i know that there isn’t corruption on voting in that little town, so where they reported it must be. What do I do, anyone know???

The real numbers will come in by morning. The electronic machines in the big towns are the ones we have to worry about.”

Earlier in the day, Brad Blog reported other suspicious behavior:

Our Spidey-sense started tingling before going to bed last night and hearing reports, on MSNBC, that there were 17 paper ballots cast in Dixville Notch, NH’s midnight, first-in-the-country voting. The report said that there were only 16 registered voters in the tiny voting precinct, yet 17 votes had been cast — suggesting that somehow, paper ballot “voter fraud” skullduggery was afoot.

Brad, however, believes the story is easily debunked:

Given that one of those reports seems to have begun on The DRUDGE REPORT earlier today, we’re not particularly surprised that the MSM kept repeating the easily-debunked stories running all day.

That, even while there are reasons to be concerned about how the paper ballots used in the New Hampshire Primary will actually be counted by the hackable Diebold optical-scan systems used in the state, as controlled and programmed by an outrageously bad private contractor there.

Of course, there is plenty of room for hank-panky, as Michael Collins notes:

81% of New Hampshire ballots are counted in secret by a private corporation named Diebold Election Systems (now known as “Premier”). The elections run on these machines are programmed by one company, LHS Associates, based in Methuen, MA. We know nothing about the people programming these machines, and we know even less about LHS Associates. We know even less about the secret vote counting software used to tabulate 81% of our ballots. People like to say “but we use paper ballots! They can always be counted by hand!”

But they’re not. They’re counted by Diebold. Only a candidate can request a hand recount, and most never do so. And a rigged election can easily become a rigged recount, as we learned in Ohio 2004, where two election officials were convicted of rigging their recount….

In short, the stage was set by Diebold and Republican operatives to rig yet another election, as the above first-hand account seems to indicate.

Well Brandon please explain to me how Ron Paul got zero votes in Sutton when there are people who have donated to Ron Paul’s campaign that live there and others saying that they voted for him in Sutton?

  7. John on January 8th, 2008

Sorry Brandon, the “conspiracy crap” has been proven so many times now anyone who calls it “conspiracy crap” is part of it. You can’t take real investigation and lump it in with “conspiracy crap”. Is it “conspiracy crap” when someone claims their car was stolen? Should we stop investigating car theft too? Probably they just forgot where they parked, right?

“The Ohio study found the [voting] machines “lack the fundamental technical controls necessary to guarantee a trustworthy election … Exploitable vulnerabilities allow even persons with limited access — voters and precinct poll workers — to compromise voting machines …” (Charleston.net - ‘S.C. to use voting machines banned in other states’)

This entire election is a sham. This is the 5th election since the stolen election of 2000 - and the same charade is acted out. Accusations of fraud before, during and after the election. Then for the ensuing 2 years? Nothing. Nothing gets done. Impotent Congress does not address the problem. State election officials deny any problems. So easily-hackable paperless machines are used over and over. And the next election gets stolen again.

No one can possibly have confidence that this isn’t some fancy con-game. And American voters are the patsies. Elections no longer have any meaning whatsoever.

And Brandon, I would like my vote - for RON PAUL - to count. Maybe it doesn’t matter to you, but it does to me.

  9. Brad on January 8th, 2008

Lets be reasonable.. Can we prove that someone voted in Sutton County?? And that they voted for Ron Paul?? I am a Ron Paul supporter.. but just because we get beat does not imply fraudulent activity. If we can PROVE it,
then we should take away all delegates given to NH. That is a simple method of warning states that participate in Fradulent vote counting, they will not go without severe consequences. We should have due diligence in seraching out this matter, and see what we can find. Indeed, as the old saying goes, “its not how many votes a man gets that elects hime to office, its how those votes are counted.. Lets be honest .. they indeed are counted in secret. So thats suspicious in and of itself. But please get your ducks in a very nice row before spreading this all over the web. I would love to be in on this investigation myself :)

It is this simple… Where a state has over 40% independent and Ron Paul polls very high w/ independents, and still only gets 8% of the vote. It has to be rigged. I expected Ron Paul to win NH by a huge margin. There is huge voter fraud in NH w/ these machines. I hate to admit it, but I believe where ever there are diebold machines, we are going to get voter fraud. They are taking away our 1st amendment. When people lose their 1st amendment, they start to lose hope and start to use other means of communication. This is not good. I fear that this nation is past the point of no return. I love America. I hate to see her being hijacked from a bunch of traitors. It sickens me to see this happen to what i think was the greatest nation on earth. People have nothing w/o freedom. Freedom is the fuel that allows people to be best they can be. It allows people to chase any dream they want, as long as it does not hurt the rights of others. I am a very sad American.

I feel nauseous. I have no doubt that these polls and elections are being rigged. Those of us who are supporters of Ron Paul already know too well what incredible corruption we are up against.

I’ve never cared enough to vote before but now I care because of Ron Paul. I can’t believe after the debacle of the last election America is still using the same system to vote! Diebold??? Secret counting??

It is not crying wolf and it is not being a “sore loser.” This needs to be investigated right now and I’ll do anything to help.

Ted is absolutely correct, until bread is $50 a loaf and enough military, police, and average joe’s start inserting fear and respect into the pukes running Lockheed, Amdocs..the Fed Bank etc..the vise will continue to tighten. Ignorance was bliss. Perhaps a squad of grunts out there, or maybe a couple of dudes in the secret service will have the wherewithall to launch the first series of operations. This rigging of elections has obviously been going on for generations, how else can you explain the whole body of congress to be so full of scum, with so very few acceptions? I’ve never seen a more obvious theft of an election and I’m sure everyone that has been keeping track of this expanding ‘revolution’ is seeing how ridiculous these reports coming from New hampshire are!!!

Straw polls: Strafford County, NH 8/18/2007 Ron Paul gets 72.2% of the votes, New Hampshire Taxpayers 7/07/2007 Ron Paul gets 65.3% of the votes, Manchester, NH Straw Poll 9/16/2007 Ron Paul gets 65.0% of the vote…

I, for one, have never seen a Ron Paul supporter switch to support anyone else. The fact that Ron Paul is the only candidate whose contributions grew with each successive quarter of 2007 certainly seems to suggest a consistant and constant expansion of supporters. Considering how fox news excluded Ron from their forum a couple of days ago, the barrage of smear reports just prior to New Hampshire, the lack of main stream news coverage across the board…What is especially curious is the historic grass roots effort in raising over $6 mil in 24 hrs. with nearly 60,000 individuals donating on that one day. This was all done without any ‘official’ organized campaign…This was and is the biggest political campaign story, not only in these primaries, but in the history of the nation!!! Sure it got reported on, and downplayed/minimized significants. I could go on and on pointing out the mainstream media’s complicity in this, highly sophisticated with unlimitated funding, organized conspiracy to deny the desires of ‘WE THE PEOPLE’.

Let’s end the secret ballot everyone come forth say I state your name cast my vote for and let it be known…if we the majority vote it into law than the secret ballot is history…

    2) Let’s vote another law into being As Ron Paul has courageously done everyone must show exactly who and where there money is coming from.

    3) Maybe we can stop sending the U.N to monitor elections…in OMG!
That’s what they want eventually is the U.N to come to the U.S and monitor our elections….
    sheesh….

  33. Armagh on January 9th, 2008

Please understand Ron Paul is the last hope. After the election is over, regardless of who they put in, there will be a change. Right now people should be considering ways to feed “Rebel” troops in groups of 1,000 and learning basic first aid and learning to live without all of the benefits that we enjoy now. This will not be a war like Iraq or Panama or Granda, it will be long and bloody, and NOT FOR PROFIT, people will die and because of the ideas of the staus quo people will be tortured to death. Innocents will be drug out of their houses and jailed or worse, because of the laws that have been set up over the last 12 years. This will not be a video game, no reset, no second chance, it will be real. There will be 2 sides and NO middle ground. This is not a fanasty, if you do not know it to be true, then you are play acting about being outraged over what has happened to our country.

  35. Ben on January 9th, 2008

    Just for all the doubters…..

If they try to rig the election against Ron Paul, and these stories are picked up more and more, some of it will be leaked out to the ‘non-ron’ people. More and more people, having heard from their friends, relatives, fellow employees, managers, teachers, street preachers that the election is being rigged against Paul, and then coming across EVIDENCE of it, one person at a time will join the movement for truth and question the motives of those who seek to bury Paul. Don’t you see? The ONLY reason they would need to resort to ‘limiting’ Ron Paul to “only” 10% or 8% of the vote, the ONLY REASON that they would risk giving us more ammunition in the infowar, is if Ron Paul is a CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER to them! Why risk exposing themselves as criminal fascists (via an obvious fixed election) if they can achieve their goals simply by not giving him airtime? No, no, no. What we are seeing is the beginning of a peak result from all the man(and woman)-hours put in by the Truth movement and the Ron Paul Movement to bring the media to account. They know that they have to take a giant leap in their methods to combat us in any effective way. And that means taking a larger chunk of risk. Many fear the message of Ron Paul is not being heard. But if that were the case, and the exponential growth is at an end, then why the sudden NH Primary “Pauls-a-racist” smear campaign? I dont know if Ron Paul will win the Presidency. But we need to look at the facts, and the facts would seem to indicate that Paul’s movement is still gaining ground. They would seem to indicate that the establishment is increasingly concerned for the continuance of its current shape under the conditions that Alex Jones, Ron Paul, The Patriot Movement, We Are Change, Scholars for 911 Truth, Aaron Russo, and thousands upon thousands of freedom-loving individuals have painstakingly created in the last three years, mainly (after the tireless campaigning of some for the last twelve or so). Why be negative about it now, at one of the most important moments to not falter, not worry, not slacken our grip on our potential freedom, but to charge headlong at the enemy for yet another artillery barrage in the infowar! DON’T GIVE UP THIS IS WORKING! I WILL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO LOOK MY 11YR OLD DAUGHTER AND MY 6 MONTH OLD SON IN THE EYES IN FUTURE AND FEEL I HAVE DONE MY BEST UNLESS I MAKE THE OBVIOUS CHOICE OF FIGHTING FOR THEIR FREEDOM! WE CAN WIN THIS! RALLY FOR PAUL! RALLY FOR FREEDOM! RALLY FOR TRUTH! WE ARE NOT WEAK, THIS IS THE STRONGEST MASS MOVEMENT SINCE THE 60′S AND THIS TIME THE MOVEMENT CROSSES THE BOUNDARIES OF SPECIAL INTEREST We are not weak, this is the strongest mass movement since the march for civil rights, but also, this time the movement crosses the boundaries of class, race, culture, religion, and political ’side-of-the-fence’. This is historic! We are members of a movement that will be noted in history as either violent agitators, or the force to restore America’s essence. The latter is almost certain if we wake up to the extent of the movements strength.

Did people get to the polling booth and decide at the last minute that their vote for Dr. Paul “wouldn’t count” and change their minds? 40. Harold on January 9th, 2008

Accusations should be few and far between until something is proven or soon no one will listen. I suspect the bad campaign videos, just before and during Iowa and NH, put out by the Ron Paul campaign, is what shot him down. That and the dubious polling practices and blackouts and negative comments about Ron Paul from the Main Stream Media, MSM. Saying you can’t win is the worst thing you can say when people believe the media. Bad press can really hurt and one lie from an irresponsible idiot can cost a vote from anyone who believes what they’re told. Many don’t realize how difficult it is to get all the facts straight and in context. Reporters don’t really have that kind of time and aren’t learned enought to put it all in context to know what truth is. What’s why philosophers are still saying, “What is truth?” Really. Besides, who knows what any candidate will do or how office may alter them. Then again, maybe we shouldn’t put Ron through all the insanity, he deserves better.
He sure was good on Jay Leno. Maybe he should make all his comments with some sense of humor or a relaxed attitude. It becomes him well and objectivity, (calm, cool and collected, somewhat unemotional, intuitive) is the secret to life, self control and genius, so science is saying. That’s why he often comes off as genius. He’s calm, never negative and knows his subject. That’s ultimately how we have to win the war of freedom for our people, with responsibility and a peaceful revolution. The MLK revolution was winning everyone over until the rioting started and racial justice took a dive from which it hasn’t entirely recovered. A relovlution goes on forever, in a way. One always wants to keep some sort of edge and have a purpose. When things are going well that is when you’re at your best, it’s the best time to do your best thinking and not get drunk. Only rest when your tired or something, but your at your best when your rested, objective, and nuetral or positive. That’s Emotional Intelligence that’s taught to competitors (sports, business etc.) and combatants. Again that’s the secret to intuition and insight or getting the big picture, where all the facts are in place. The mind’s language is images and symbols and it is entirely, radically objective. It’s how to be successful in life as well as r3volutions. http://hbar12.bravehost.com I hope I’m not posting this twice.

I apologize if this suggestion has already been given as I’m short of time and was not able to read all of the responses. I would suggest that all people votong for Ron Paul in any caucus or primary register on a specific site set up for that purpose. It would not be necessary to display their names but a record of the RP votes in all of the reporting polls would open some eyes and maybe lead to some REAL action. I suspect all was not counted in Iowa either. They are trying to keep Ron Paul from getting any delegates to the RNC.

What the hell does an Israli company have any business doing anything to with our elections. Pisses me off. Never has the corruption in our government been more obvious than now. Paul needs to start calling them out and drawing attention to it. I’ve seen videos of Paul “back in the day”, and if they get that little man pissed of enough, he will open up a can on them.

OF COURSE they will exploit that! There is no reason to doubt it for a second. Ron Paul must assume that he has no friends in the ballot counting house, or in either party for that matter, because he seeks to totally upset the apple cart. His numbers have to be so massive that they cannot get away with fraud, and I’m afraid he’s not there yet.

  52. Dave Iles on January 9th, 2008

We all must demand that Ron Paul expose this fraud NOW, or it will steamroll across the nation and tranny will destroy our lives! There’s no point continuing if all the machines are rigged nation-wide!

The only way to stop this is if people bring cell phone cameras into the booth, take screen shots where their ID cards are clearly visible along with their vote choices, and then have them send the images to an independent website in the form of JPG image files. After the ballot counting this can be used as verification to challenge the electronic tabulation of these machines. If a county has zero votes for Ron Paul but you have 50 screen shots with photo IDs visible as JPGs saying otherwise, this is proof the election was rigged.

Absolute fraud. IF the story is true and provable with sworn statements, then those people need to file a fast lawsuit against diebold and the state elections board demanding a PUBLIC and honest recount via court order.

There are many lawyers who publicly support Dr. Paul would would take on this task.

IF that does not work, the people of NH need to kick in their motto of Live Free or Die and take it SERIOUSLY! Or is this motto just old lip service?

Lets nip this in the bud NOW! Back in the day, armed citizens guarded the ballot box once they learned of the miscounts by the status-quo.

Come on NH get an injuction against Diebold for secret recounts, do it now before it is too late.

  60. Joe on January 9th, 2008

The GAO put out a report after the 2004 election about vote fraud. It happened in 2004 and now again in 2008. Fair elections in America are a thing of the past folks. Two convicted and imprisoned for recount in Ohio so to say the rigging is a conspiracy at this stage is just ignoring facts and babbling. If the people can never verify these elections are fair they should not be obligated to pay the goverments bills! This could lead to a violent revolution as people see more of a need to destroy electronic voting machines. Ron Paul has given an avenue of peaceful revolution but if that fails via CHEATING then what is to expect? I agree to ask for a recount but having the recount accomplished by the same people would be redundancy. Voting for Mcain is like voting to be in Iraq another 100 years. The troops faced with that illegal war would like to thank you New Hampshire voters for supporting uh uh uh uh uh uhnuther hundred years in Iraq. Death warrants signed and sealed by the voters. Sounds like you American’s are getting desperate…

Remember the Declaration of Independence and what it says in the first section… “to throw off such government”, this is the legal defining document of the USA and it seems that if Americans worked fast, with a military abroad, they could indeed bring about change.

Time is a-running out for you folks, if you want to see a nation along the lines of Hitler’s Germany, fine, go back to sleep and it will be there before you know it, these people have been working at making the US a fascist military state for generations, from installing Hitler into power to the failed coup of 1933 where Bush’s forebears amongst others tried to seize America and install a Nazi regime.

These people have worked long and hard to get the US and the rest of the world to where it is, they can be defeated because they think they control the people but it is people power that will be their defeat if it isn’t too late, challenge them on every issue, take to the streets, force the issue and blow the news out there on the internet keeping it live for people to see, learn and to plan accordingly.

The founding fathers removed the US from British control, sacrificing a great deal in the process only to have their sacrifice wasted by this generation who have handed the country over to the nutcases and traitors, are you a true patriot? That is the question here… if you are then you will not tolerate one more action by these criminals in power, it is as SIMPLE as that.

  66. Tired of the Noise on January 9th, 2008

When will the obvious answer be recognized??? Counting needs to be done not only in public, but recorded on video. Banks do it, casinos do it. For paper ballots, just use cameras mounted over the table and every vote is visable. This can be broadcast live so anyone interested can observe the count. This allows anyone to do an unofficial recount in a speedy and cost efficient manner. Cameras should also record all activety in the polling place and counting rooms. Electronic results can still be hacked, but video will help make switching cards more difficult, and will help spot suspicious activity in the area of the machines. A return to paper ballots, video security in the polling place, and the use of live video feeds and recorded counts will eliminate the majority of opportunities for counts to be altered or manipulated at local polling places.

“They” will claim it would be too expensive, but I’d rather my tax money be spent this way than on unsecure voting computers that don’t allow every vote to be accounted for!!

In a preceding comment someone suggested that we take pictures of our ID and completed ballot next to one another, and then compile an online database. I think this is a very sober and necessary thing for us to do.

We are only a few states into this process, and we have enough time to document the majority of the states, so let us go ahead and do so.

I haven’t the necessary knowledge to quickly develop the necessary website infrastructure, but fully expect that many who keep up with this site do have that knowledge/talent. If someone with the required skills and resources can commit to doing such a thing, please begin and make the URL known as early as possible so that it can make its rounds through the variety of hub sites (e.g. reddit).

I’d like to discourage a large duplication of effort, but then again, it would likely be for the best if we have a couple sites doing this. In reading through the recent chatter between Paul supporters, I cannot help but suspect that some voices of discouragement come from people who do not actually support Ron Paul. It would be possible for some of these deceptive forces to create bogus sites.

Corruption, the Federal Reserve, illegitimate presidents, oil wars, all these things are symptoms.

Don’t worry about the symptoms of the disease, instead focus on the cause:

    Excerpt:
…in the past months, an estimated $1.5 trillion in bank assets have been wiped off the books, and an equal amount of equity has evaporated on world stock markets. The idea that central banks could “solve” this crisis by a hyperinflationary flow of new money, is clinically insane. Crises set to blow during the first quarter of 2008, including a blowout of the insurance sector and a looming derivatives explosion, make the disasters of 2007, like the wipeout of the U.S. mortgage bubble, seem small in comparison.

    What Does It Mean?

It is in this context, and only this context, that the global pattern of assassinations, ethnic, religious and tribal eruptions, and all-around chaos, can be understood. None of these are local or regional events. They are all part of a single British strategy—aimed at one, single global objective: The destruction of nation-states, the launching of worldwide asymmetric warfare—to last for generations, and the consolidation of a vise-grip control over the strategic raw materials wealth of the planet, in Anglo-Dutch private cartel hands…

Can someone set up an internet website where all voters can go and enter who they voted for and what state and county they voted in. I don’t know much about about setting up websites, but it would be good if each county could double check its votes. Maybe people could even meet each other personally in the county to try to develop a list of all the people they know who voted.

  94. Nate on January 10th, 2008

  96. Ashley on January 10th, 2008

If the Paul campaign doesn’t insist on a recount and pony up the reported $67,000 this will cost, then their campaign is not serious. Just this Sutton report alone justifies this. The campaign is not going to be able to go up against the Establishment without their being dirty tricks, media deceptions and so forth. That is true even for the mainstream candidates. Politics is hardball. If the Paul campaign is not willing to fight and fight hard for certain basics - like accurate vote-counting, they are whistling in the wind.

The election is a total waste of time anyway. Seems like Americans are not willing to admit their democracy is a sham and keep getting their hopes up every election as if the system was for real. It isn’t. However, votes are cast and there can be recounts of the paper ballots at least which perhaps, when done, will reveal some of the fraud that goes on routinely.

You pretend to be the party of anti-establishment but you’re pretty quick to believe any old poll that has your candidate even remotely above single digits. You pretend to the part of peace and love yet many of you are talking about reacting with violence. You’re supporting a racist, sexist, lunatic, who is nothing but a joke the nation. This man won’t even win re-election in his own district let alone win any state during the primary season. How can you honestly believe he has a chance when most of the primaries coming up aren’t even open, they are closed primaries to party loyalist and that’s it, which coincidentally the ones that think Ron Paul is a nut job!
