Super Bowl of Tyranny

It seems the Ministry of Homeland Security will use whatever excuse to blur the lines between local police and the military, thus finally laying to rest the idea put forth in the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878.

“While the Department of Homeland Security says there are no specific terror threats regarding Super Bowl XLII, security is being taken seriously at the game, where the New England Patriots will face-off with the New York Giants,” writes George Hulme for Information Week. “The game has been designated a level one security event by the Department of Homeland Security. That authorizes the use of federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Secret Service to help local and state law enforcement keep the event safe.”

As Los Angeles Business notes, there will be “800 officers from numerous agencies” on hand, just in case Osama makes an appearance.

In addition to feds and soldiers crawling over the event in Arizona, there is “a no fly zone, a secure perimeter, and spectators should expect to be vetted before getting through. And there’s a list of prohibited items ranging from beach balls to weapons. Fans can also expect scads of security cameras and aircraft flying above surveying the area, while trained dogs will be on the lookout for explosives.” In other words, the game will provide a perfect excuse to remind the commoners they live in a police state.

But if you’re not going to the game, and you happen to notice a strange metallic object roaming around the stadium or parking lot while you’re watching from home, don’t worry, it’s just probably an HD-1.

According to Northrop Grumman Corp., the company will be providing support for robots produced by its subsidiary, Remotec, Inc. “We’re here to support the event and hopefully go unnoticed by fans. Our job isn’t to be a disruption but to keep danger at a distance,” said Mack Barber, president of Remotec, an operating unit of Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems sector, said in a release.

Northrop Grumman manufactures a variety of hazardous duty robots, all dubbed with Sci-Fi sounding names: The HD-1, F6A, Mark V-A1, Mini-Andros II, and the Wolverine. They’re designed to deal with an array of nasty materials and explosives.

They’ll be roaming a two-square mile zone around the stadium.

Of course, only blind fans will not notice this hunk of metal and circuit boards, and certainly folks within the “two-square mile zone around the stadium” will notice. Chertoff and the Ministry want us to notice and take note: in order to stop al-Qaeda, we need this sort of technology roaming the streets, along with soldiers no doubt in full battle gear and FBI and BATF agents in their distinctive windbreakers, armed to the teeth. It’s all for your safety, never mind there is no such thing as al-Qaeda, or rather there only is when a draconian bill or two needs to pass the hurdle in Congress, admittedly a rather short hurdle.

As the cops in Mexico and Canada will merge soon enough, that is if our rulers have their way with the NAU, it makes sense “Vancouver 2010 security police are at the Super Bowl in Phoenix,” as The Province explains, “embedded” with the above melange, studying “surveillance and security” and likely comparing notes.

In all of this, it seems football comes in second, as the point is to send a message: you live in a police state now. It is high time you get accustomed to cops decked out like combat soldiers, killer robots in the street, surveillance cameras on every corner, blimps, F-16s, spot searches, frisking — and a jolt or two from a taser if you misbehave and are slow to obey barked commands — and all manner of high-tech “security” against ill-defined if not cartoonish enemies and invisible threats that will never materialize.

But then, of course, you are the enemy, not Osama and his dour band of Muslim cave dwellers. In a police state, the people are always the enemy. In a dictatorship, you will follow orders or will be made to pay the price.

Got that?

Now please enjoy the game.

It’s like men in my family (Besides me the black sheep), highly intelligent, are a warehouse of insight and knowledge, and what do they choose to reflect upon with all the incredible mysteries and questions of the universe. Football and baseball statistics. I mean thirty or forty years of teams, players, and various other facts. You know what, none of them know the Bill of Rights, or basic history and fact. Just menial entertainment, and useless information. But hey, how do you expect to completely control strong, healthy men without making them stupid, flabby, couch potatoes, that couldn’t shoot a gun if their life depended on it, or are afraid to offend or stand up for anything besides sports, or whatever they regurgitate from their television.

  2. Sean on February 3rd, 2008

There probably wasn’t a false-flag attack because there wasn’t any terror drills ran in Phoenix today.

I have had a boycot on pro and college sports for half a decade. These people don’t care if they are under total control. They would do anything to watch the games. They are drugged with flouride, mercury, alcohol, and chem-trails. They have been programmed to sit on the couch, drink their beer, eat their BBQ, and laugh at stupid non-sense. It is sad to see nearly all men under this mass hypnosis and they don’t even know. Their god is the flatscreen, and the women they grunt and bark at. Yes, we have the dumbest population their has ever been on Earth. This country is lost, and headed far down the wrong path, without even knowing they are on a journey.

Superbowl stupidbowl, whatever, never could see the allure of watching dudes throw a ball around.

  5. Bubbaisreal on February 4th, 2008

Since this year started I have noticed that the people spraying has increased. Over Dallas I have seen as many as 10 chemtrails every few hours and it is having an affect. Many people here have been complaining about sinus issues that are out of the norm. I have allergies, but recently I have had bouts of violent sneezing and bloody mucus coming from my nose (I know, it’s gross) and I have never had these problems before. Unfortunately I believe that the majority of the population will not wake up, not too late but not at all and most of them are willfully ignorant. It seems that the way of the sheep is the status quo and the more aggressive our captors get the more docile sheeple will become.

Hijacked like everything thing else. What are you prepared to do?

  7. rustycat on February 4th, 2008

Notice that the Giants (Elites, NWO) beat the Patriots (9/11 Truthers) in this game.

  8. EJ on February 4th, 2008

“Hijacked like everything thing else. What are you prepared to do?”

I think the real question Gerry is what are you doing? We have a short time left on the Internet before we can’t organize with it anymore because of coming restrictions or sessation. Imagine the Net down and the house to house sweep for weapons begins…how will others in the states know about it? The media is a bunch of lieing bastards. Perhaps Shortwave will be the way.

Do you have a Bug out Bag? Google that and look at some of the sources out there who want to help with great info. Put all the info you can on you hard drives because books and papers will be the only thing left when the net goes down to maintain the information war. Memory sticks, DVD’s, and CD’s can hold a LOT of written info. PDF files might save us on so many levels.

I am convinced that the key to bringing down the police state is simply for everyone to opt out of social security. Social security is 100% voluntary and not required to live or work in the United States, according to the social security administration. If you are being forced to use one to obtain a job, that is a matter of corporate policy that is enforced mainly by ignorance and fear with the occaisional corporate operator who is actively aiding and abetting the IRS and the police state. I believe that every major corporation has a few of these while 99 % is simply ignorance, fear, and robotic behavior on the part of underlings.

The solution is a general strike on April 15th of this year, or at least that is a beginning. We need hundreds of “Alex Jones’s” bullhorning korporate Amerika over this issue. And don’t be taken in by talk of a so-called “fair” tax, which will just be a national sales tax that will be ushered in in ADDITION to the income tax, plus, in order to be “fair” to those with lower income, it will have to either have an exemption or a lower percentage on the lower end, therefore every purchase will have to be ID’d hence the need for a national ID card to be swiped at point of purchase, unless you want to pay the max rate. Again, general strike, this April 15th.

I suggest all of you to stop following Alex Jones’ suggestions of massive chaos the world over. He is creating hysteria and fear just like the mainstream media in case you haven’t noticed. Research the Y2K fear Alex created on his radio show in 1999 to understand that Jones is a fraud. He is fragmenting you just like the mainstream media does as well. Go to hell Jones, just like the rest of em! By the way, the towers were brought down intentionally (for all of you who think I’m purely anti-Jones - I used to be a Jones fan but woke up to this just recently)

Request Jones to investigate the Vatican, and I guarantee he won’t. Because he’s a fraud. The truth is out there, but Jones is another pawn for the system. Peace.

You don´t know a heck of what´s going on man. I tell ya, it´s all David Icke´s reptile Illuminati running around and running everything. HA HA ! Yeah, just trust the system, it´s all fine. But you´re right, people shudn´t rely too much on Alex. It´s not about Alex. It´s about you! You need to take the infowar in your own hands. Do whatever you can.

    NOW!!!!

  15. Sam Adams on February 4th, 2008

Leave Jones alone he’s one of the few out there who is not part of the problem. You are right though when you said the Vatican should be investigated. The Balck Pope in perticulary. The Anti-chist is suppose to come from the Roman Catholic church. Read Revelation chaper 17, now you have to remember when reading it that when a woman is menstioned in the bible it is talking about the church because the church is the bride of Christ. Now it says that the Anit-christ is the 8th king! When the Vatican became a soverign nation the Pope became a King. The one thats in there now is the seventh King. The Anti-christ is suppose to be the eight, who is the next pope. Look out Dudes, get your heart right with the lord!

the super bowl is not for me, however..if other people want to make it their god, then go for it. the bottom line is the “sheep” in this country probably don’t give a damn about what’s happening in this country. they seem to be content, as long as they have access to their remote, so they can digest their daily propaganda through the news media. and like aaron w. stated, they probably don’t know a damn thing about their “rights” or the constitution. and gerry asked a very good question: “what are you prepared to do”? i have been working on getting my survival gear together, med kits, supplies, my ewcs gear, mre’s etc; and of course my weapons. as for the “anti alex jones” crowd; that’s ok if you think we are nuts, because i really do not give a damn what other people think.

The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 has been revoked and it needs to be restored. What do we have to do to get in congress??

  18. Tony N. on February 4th, 2008

Wow what a great game! thats what it is, isn’t it, a game? So much hatred for professional sports and sports fans. Yes everything is messed up. But are we to deny ourselves every aspect of our culture that the evil ones have infiltrated? The true story yesterday was that of a major upset in the world of sports. The Pats had the perfect record, but they were caught cheating. Capturing video of the other teams signals and communicating them to the players on the field. Maybe the underdog Giants had a strategy to shut down the cheating and have a fair game. The result was the Pats offense was shut down.

We all know we are being cheated of our votes in one way or another. But like the Giants we have to do something about it when it counts. Blaming professional sports and our fellow countrymen for enjoying one of the many benefits of liberty will not fix the problem at hand. To the contrary you have just created another.

We had a diverse group of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents and for the 1st time I can remember we had a political discussion at a Superbowl Party! The consensus, Ron Paul is the only candidate that we can choose who is not part of the problem. The word is spreading about the true state of the union. Give people time to come to there senses. We all have something at stake.

Corruption and greed are our main problems. Wether they occur in Washington or in the NFL. I also long for the day when all those sports fans who can quote 30 years of statistics on their favorite teams have as much knowledge and passion about there own governance.
Lets get rid of corruption and greed and keep football. The year of the upset! Ron Paul Revolution ‘08.

Chemtrails, Illuminati, New World Order…I thought you people only existed in fiction. How pathetic that you have to concoct elaborate conspiracy fantasies to justify your lack of doing anything real or positive for yourselves and ‘explain’ why your lives didn’t work out exactly the way you think they should have.

Yes, isn’t it so Carolyn. These people think differently than you so they must all be losers right? Lovely bit of sweeping judgement there. Everyone should be like you and believe in Santa Claus, the Easter bunny, tooth fairy, Jesus, Allah or whatever other fairy tail angle on God that they have been brainwashed to adopt. Gosh, super powerful elite would never conspire in any way that could possibly harm you or the other serfs anyway.

The commercials were more brutal than the game.

If they wanted a Police State, it needed to be done before 1974 when conscription was defeated in Congress. Prior to that, we had the troops. Since then, we don’t have the troops. Recruiting police, firemen, etc., may help their police state cause somewhat, but recent recruits are not experienced, and are likely to scatter when the going gets tough.

They’re probably stupid enough to try it… martial law and police state… but it’ll never work now. There simply isn’t the manpower.

Jones can keep up the scare tactics as long as he wants. He’s broken too many vital stories to be criticized now. And, we need to be highly concerned.

But… in the end… the elitists have botched too many of their own plans, and like most govt programs, police state will ultimately fail.

  23. Redhand on February 4th, 2008

Stop trashing football! I agree with Tony N. - relax and get some R&R people! That was one of the most exciting Super Bowls of all time. Every score was a lead change. What an upset! Good job by those underdog Giants. And what a monumental choke on the part of the Patriots. . . Ouch. It’s so fashionable in the Truther/Patriot movements to adopt this holier-than-thou attitude: “Oh, I’m so above such bread and circus nonsense.” If I didn’t take some time out to catch some sports, movies, and music on occasion - I’d go totally insane!

Stop trashing Alex Jones! I flirted with some of the critical info on Alex Jones a while back. I tried digging up significant dirt on him but couldn’t. Then I realized just what his critics were really there for - disinformation. Those fools have since revealed themselves as the obvious COINTELPRO hacks that they are. And look at Alex’s track record - pro-liberty, pro-freedom, pro-creative thought, pro-American. The pathetic debunkers and NWO shills should just give it a rest.

  24. Bedlam on February 4th, 2008

Is this a joke? The Super Bowl is one of the biggest events in America, and you insanely far-left Liberals are too blind to realize that 70,000 people attend these events, and you can honestly tell that we don’t need a police force of any kind there? To an Islamic Terrorist, he sees a Stadium filled with tens upon thousands of people as a gold-mine. To claim yourself as an objective and fair reporter is a joke, and you post this inane crap to suck people into equally inane site. I can’t believe people actually buy into your load of bullsh*t.

  25. Squidink on February 4th, 2008

That’s awesome, Bedlam. You should have stopped after your second sentence, which was a valid question. Everything else in your comment was dim-witted chest-thumping ignorance.

Now go and watch some homo-erotic mock gladiatorial combat, you tool.

  26. Bedlam on February 4th, 2008

I honestly can’t believe that you believe a stadium filled with 70,000 people doesn’t need a security force at all? What the hell, leave your basement. The world is filled violence, and you obviously don’t understand this. Police are there to keep peace, not incite a riot and beat innocent people to death.

Yeah, I guess I’m going to go watch “homo-erotic mock gladiatorial combat” because only ignorant Americans who have been brainwashed by our government could ever enjoy entertainment. My god, we all should be rebelling against our Totalitarian Police State. Try living in China, or the Soviet Union, where it really is a police state, and you aren’t allowed to spew this crap at all.

  27. Terri on February 4th, 2008

Get a grip “Bedlam”? Interesting name. Barcalounger Cowboy. Alex Jones is right. They can’t find the U.S. on a map; but, they can give you a play-by-play rehash of every game, statistics for every team since the Super Bowl began.

  28. Listen Y2K on February 4th, 2008

All you folks need to do is listen to the Y2K audio of Alex Jones claiming that the world was on the brink of complete chaos and collapse on the eve of the year 2000. When I heard that, after all Alex has done to expose the government corruption, Jones lost complete credibility with me. Understand that Alex Jones is keeping you scared and at bay just like the big government has done for the last 80 years. He’s a fraud. Do you know who Kurt Nimmo is and Steve Watson? Thought so. Why don’t you do a little research to see who these two false prophets are? Go on, I’ll wait.

“Never put all of your eggs in one basket”

  29. Bedlam on February 4th, 2008

Huh… I guess I’m an ignorant American who is too blinded by the Government Subliminal messages to actually grip your intelligent commentary. So I guess since you’re so much more intelligent than me, maybe you can stoop to my level and have an intelligent conversation, like say techniques on Power Clean and Squat lifts. Or what offense to run with grossly undersized O-Lineman, or you could really step into my arena and discuss what strengths to run against an Offense in an imbalanced I-Formation. Or when to switch between Base, Nickel, and Dime. Or maybe we could discuss how to best diagnose a Power Lead? How does it feel to be the ignorant one? I didn’t think they covered this in your Modern Geo-Political Climate of Central Africa course in whatever University you attend.

  30. Bruno on February 5th, 2008

To Bedlam your comment,”The world is filled violence, and you obviously don’t understand this. Police are there to keep peace, not incite a riot and beat innocent people to death.” well that only shows that you have yet to take the time to look at the thousands of videos from the WTO protests around the world as police beat tased sprayed oc gased, & shot with rubber bullets at people doing nothing more than holding signs..Or the 200 taser deaths 3/4 of which are unarmed civilians..or better yet why dont you look up the protest in canada where we cought police on video attempting to incite a riot by dressing up as protesters carrying big rocks to threaten the police line, so as to give the excuse needed to attack a non-violent protest… We will see many more people with opposing views on this site & even more COINTELPRO as we continue to fight the lies in our world today…my best advice is if someone you suspect to be cointelpro attempts to get in an argument about beliefs, change it into a discusion about verifiable fact & to be honest many still will not respond simply because they are to lazy to do the responsible thing by researching it themselves but this way we can still educate others that see our posts & beat them at thier own game.

I am 55 years old and You all need to remember when you are picking on or defending Alex, he is just going to turn 34 soon, that is young. Think of it, of all the people you ever know or seen, he has done so much more for other people, by alert, warning, informing other people, basicailly has layed his life down, all this is is promoting “doing unto others as you would have them do unto you”, than makes him a pretty good guy and a better than any person any other persons we may know personally. When I first found out how young he was I marveled,I was amazed at the wisdom, passion, and loving understanding he had. Does Alex ever get over exciting, yea, so what! If we all would really believe what we all know maybe we might get over excited too. Alex is what I think a real Christian should look like, speaks the truth and has a spirit of passion.

The Vancouver police being there isn’t necessarily a bad thing. If you’ve ever been there you would understand they need all the help and training they can get. Them getting more traning shouldn’t be viewed as a step towards a police state, more of them being more ready to deal with the well armed street thugs they deal with every day.
