
<p><strong>An illegal alien from El Salvador who was released by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) last year has been arrested for killing a woman and attacking multiple homeless people in West Virginia, according to reports.</strong></p>



<p>David Antonio Calderon, 46, was apprehended on May 8 in Frederick County, Virginia, as the primary suspect in a gruesome murder days prior in Jefferson County, WV.</p><div class="sUD0CHAA"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>On May 6, firefighters in Martinsburg, WV, were called to extinguish a couch that was ablaze and at the scene they discovered the body of a 33-year-old woman who had been reported missing from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office home confinement program.</p>



<p>“Investigators located video surveillance of the suspect and his vehicle in the same area and same time as [displayed by] the GPS tracking unit located on the missing female,” the Berkeley County (WV) Sheriff’s Office explained in a press release.</p>

<p>&#8220;The two victims suffered serious injuries and were transported to Winchester Medical Center where they were determined to have sustained broken bones and concussions,&#8221; <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.winchesterstar.com/winchester_star/man-accused-of-murdering-woman-in-w-va-arrested-in-frederick-county/article_d6ff3469-d3a5-556c-9d5d-1842f54d1145.html" target="_blank">The Winchester Star</a> reports.</p>



<p>On Friday, Calderon was charged in the woman&#8217;s murder while being held in Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center in Frederick County.</p>

<p>Calderon reportedly entered the U.S. illegally at an unspecified date and location before being caught attempting to cross the northern border from New York into Canada in March of 2023.</p>



<p>Canadian authorities turned Calderon over to USBP who gave him a notice to appear before a federal immigration judge in Virginia and released.</p>



<p>Calderon is expected to be extradited to West Virginia amid an ongoing homicide investigation.</p>

<p>The alleged assassin was stopped by police before he went to Steenson&#8217;s office, and they followed him out of suspicion after he made comments to them about intending to harm the political candidate.</p>

<p>Attorney General Garland also defended the move Thursday, telling reporters, &#8220;We have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the committees get responses to their legitimate requests, but this is not one&#8230; To the contrary, this is one that would harm or ability in the future to successfully pursue sensitive investigations.&#8221;</p>



<p>&#8220;There have been a series of unprecedented and frankly, unfounded attacks on the Justice Department,&#8221; Garland continued. &#8220;This effort to use contempt as an as a method of obtaining our sensitive law enforcement files is just the most recent. The effort to threaten to defund our investigations and the way in which there are contributions to an atmosphere that puts our agents and prosecutors at risk &#8212; these are wrong.&#8221;</p><div class="P935ir69"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>House Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) railed against the department&#8217;s use of executive privilege, calling it a &#8220;hail mary&#8221; attempt to block the contempt charge.</p>



<p>&#8220;It’s a five-alarm fire at the White House,&#8221; Comer <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://twitter.com/RepJamesComer/status/1791118799330062432" target="_blank">wrote </a>in a statement released on X. &#8220;Clearly President Biden and his advisors fear releasing the audio recordings of his interview because it will again reaffirm to the American people that President Biden’s mental state in in decline.&#8221;</p>

<p><strong>Though untruthful testimony pales in comparison to the crimes of the last five years, perjury may be the most effective charge to impose accountability on the wrongdoers behind the Covid Regime. </strong></p>



<p>In the wake of World War II, American law enforcement discovered that top government officials had committed espionage on behalf of the Soviet Union. The Department of Justice was often unable to charge them as classified documents and bureaucratic secrecy risked prosecutorial dead ends.</p><div class="c0Rv1PAT"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>But a 35-year-old Congressman from California devised a plan to catch the actors in the coverups of their crimes. Rep. Richard Nixon grilled State Department Official Alger Hiss on his associations with professed Soviet spies, including Whittaker Chambers. Hiss lied under oath by claiming he never met Chambers, and a jury subsequently convicted him of two counts of perjury in 1950.</p>



<p>Perjury, though a petty charge compared to treason, allowed prosecutors to present a clear case for a crime that requires three basic elements: (1) the declarant took an oath to testify truthfully; (2) the declarant knowingly made a false statement; and (3) the declarant’s false statement related to a material fact.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Now, Americans again face the distressing realization that leading academic, scientific, and governmental officials were guilty of deception, profiteering, and entangling foreign relationships in a global crisis. <ol><li><strong>Daszak testified under oath</strong></li></ol>



<p>Last week, the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic released a report recommending EcoHealth Alliance President Dr. Peter Daszak be “formally debarred and criminally investigated as a result of his actions prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic.”</p>



<p>Daszak funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars in US taxpayer money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to fund gain-of-function research and then&nbsp;<a href="https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2021/06/the-lab-leak-theory-inside-the-fight-to-uncover-covid-19s-origins">spearheaded</a>&nbsp;censorship efforts by secretly organizing a statement issued by the<em>&nbsp;Lancet&nbsp;</em>in February 2020 calling lab-leak hypotheses “conspiracy theories” that “create fear, rumours, and prejudice that jeopardise our global collaboration in the right against this virus.”&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p>In November, Daszak&nbsp;<a href="https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Daszak-TI-Transcript.pdf">testified</a>&nbsp;behind closed doors for nine and a half hours. A&nbsp;<a href="https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/2024.05.01-SSCP-Report_FINAL.pdf">House Report</a>&nbsp;subsequently noted that his organization “continued to obstruct” ongoing investigations. On May 1, 2024, he&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETIF2jb8Nw8">appeared</a>&nbsp;before Congress.&nbsp;</p><div class="k6oZ0how"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>“Daszak’s testimony was a parade of perjury,” Dr. Richard Ebright, a molecular biologist at Rutgers University,&nbsp;<a href="https://nypost.com/2024/05/01/us-news/house-covid-panel-urges-criminal-probe-over-gain-of-function-virus-research-in-wuhan/?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=nypost_sitebutton">told&nbsp;</a>the&nbsp;<em>New York Post</em>. “A litany of lies. One knowing, willful, brazen and provable lie after another.”</p>



<p>Though Daszak tried to evade the Congressional Committee with obfuscation and non–answers, he made at least three categories of statements that subject him to perjury charges.&nbsp;</p>



<ol start="2"><li><strong>Daszak knowingly made false statements</strong></li></ol>



<p><strong>On Gain-of-Function Research&nbsp;</strong></p>



<p>Daszak insists that his groups have not engaged in gain-of-function research, but the evidence suggests he has repeatedly lied under oath.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) asked, “You did not fund any research that modified a virus to make it more infectious among humans?” Daszak responded immediately, “EcoHealth Alliance never has, and did not do gain of function research, by definition.”</p>



<p>That “definition,” well known to Daszak, is research that “improves the ability of a pathogen to cause disease,” as one 2014 US Government&nbsp;<a href="https://www.phe.gov/s3/dualuse/documents/gain-of-function.pdf">report</a>&nbsp;explained.</p>



<p>Daszak’s denial is entirely inconsistent with his own words and his group’s well-documented history of government grants.&nbsp;</p>



<p>In July 2016, an NIH official informed Daszak that his requests for funding for research that would be “conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology” had been approved. “This is terrific!”&nbsp;<a href="https://nypost.com/2022/05/08/congress-must-investigate-news-ecohealth-covered-up-yet-more-in-wuhan-lab/">Daszak responded</a>&nbsp;to the NIH. “We are very happy to hear that our Gain of Function research funding pause has been lifted.”&nbsp;</p>



<p>Daszak’s excitement reflected EcoHealth’s history of gain-of-function research.&nbsp;</p>



<p>In 2014, NIH awarded EcoHealth a $3.7 million grant to study bat coronaviruses, which it conducted in collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The researchers&nbsp;<a href="https://theintercept.com/2021/09/09/covid-origins-gain-of-function-research/">reported</a>&nbsp;that their lab-altered coronaviruses reproduced far more quickly than the original virus in the lungs of genetically engineered mice.&nbsp;</p>



<p>In 2018, EcoHealth submitted a $14 million grant proposal to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) that&nbsp;<a href="https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2021/10/nih-admits-funding-risky-virus-research-in-wuhan">suggested</a>&nbsp;a partnership with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in which they would construct bat coronaviruses and insert “human-specific cleavage sites” as a means to “evaluate growth potential” of the pathogens. Though the request was denied, it was consistent with EcoHealth’s line of work.&nbsp;</p>



<p>In 2021, NIH admitted in a&nbsp;<a href="https://s.wsj.net/public/resources/documents/NIH%20letter.pdf">letter</a>&nbsp;to Congress that EcoHealth enhanced a bat coronavirus to become more infectious to humans, and EcoHealth violated the terms of its grant by failing to report that the research increased the viral growth of the pathogen tenfold.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Daszak can plead ignorance on the meaning of gain-of-function research (he claims he does not “have a personal definition”), but there is a well-documented history demonstrating his obstinate pursuit of gain-of-function research at EcoHealth.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>On Reporting Failures</strong></p>



<p>Daszak and EcoHealth have admitted to failing to file timely reports on their research, which were required under the terms of their NIH grants. For example, EcoHealth did not submit its September 2019 annual report until 2021.&nbsp;</p>



<p>While this may seem like a mundane matter of bureaucratic non-compliance, the evidence suggests it was an act of deliberate deception. That progress report revealed a “limited experiment” in which EcoHealth found that laboratory mice infected with a lab-altered coronavirus became “sicker than those infected with” a naturally occurring virus. In other words, it revealed deliberate gain-of-function research.&nbsp;</p>



<p>While EcoHealth concealed the report for nearly two years, Daszak led efforts to censor and dismiss any concerns that Covid emerged from a lab.&nbsp;</p>



<p>In Congressional testimony, Daszak&nbsp;<a href="https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/2024.05.01-SSCP-Report_FINAL.pdf">claimed</a>&nbsp;that he did not submit the report because he was “locked out” of the NIH system and blocked from submitting it. But a forensic investigation “never found any evidence that they had been locked out of [the NIH] system.”</p>



<p>Circumstantial evidence further suggests that Daszak perjured himself on this point. In previous reports, Daszak directly emailed progress reports to his NIAID program officer after filing it with the NIH system. In 2018, for example, he wrote, “I just wanted to send you a pdf of our Year 4 Report.”&nbsp;</p>



<p>In 2019, however, he was conspicuously silent. Daszak and his team made no effort to contact NIAID about the annual report, nor did EcoHealth send a single request or notification to the NIH that it had been “locked out” of the online system.&nbsp;</p>



<p>All the evidence suggests that Daszak lied about concealing the report, and he had every motive to do so.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>On Communications with Fauci’s Top Advisor</strong></p>



<p>One lesser-known character in the Daszak testimony was Dr. David Morens, who served as a top advisor to Dr. Anthony Fauci at NIAID. In his November testimony, Daszak referred to Morens as a “mentor.”&nbsp;</p>



<p>In the past, Dr. Morens has deliberately violated government requirements by using his personal email accounts to evade transparency requests. As he&nbsp;<a href="https://oversight.house.gov/release/wenstrup-reveals-emails-from-whistleblower-alleging-additional-attempts-by-fauci-advisor-to-subvert-transparency-about-covid-19-origins/">wrote</a>&nbsp;in one email, “I always try to communicate over gmail because my NIH email is FOIA’d constantly…I will delete anything I don’t want to see in&nbsp;<em>The New York Times</em>.”&nbsp;</p>



<p>In his Congressional testimony, Daszak admitted to working with Morens to reinstate federal funding for EcoHealth. Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA.) asked Daszak, “Were you aware that Dr. David Morens was communicating with you on his personal Gmail account to avoid FOIA and public accountability?”&nbsp;</p>



<p>Daszak responded that these communications were just related to “personal matters.” Rep. McCormick followed up, “Personal matters about reinstating a public grant.”&nbsp;</p>



<p>Daszak argued that the conversations were about “personal and security issues” rather than “political security issues” because he only asked for “advice as a friend and colleague.” But Morens was not a colleague; he was part of the apparatus that funded Daszak’s enterprise through taxpayer money.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Daszak’s statements were not mere obfuscations; they were deliberate lies to hide the truth of his role in gain-of-function research and his relationship with the US Government.&nbsp;</p>



<ol start="3"><li><strong>The Lies Were Material&nbsp;</strong></li></ol>



<p>Daszak’s statements clearly fall under the broad legal definition of materiality. They concerned the most important questions surrounding Congressional inquiries into Covid: the origins of the virus, ongoing gain-of-function research, government corruption, and self-interested lies.&nbsp;</p>



<p>At every available opportunity, Daszak worked to deceive the public. Before the outbreak of Covid, he&nbsp;<a href="https://theintercept.com/2021/11/03/coronavirus-research-ecohealth-nih-emails/">worked with government officials</a>&nbsp;to circumvent President Obama’s gain-of-function&nbsp;</p>



<p>research moratorium. In 2019, he concealed progress reports that revealed EcoHealth’s research had violated government regulations. Months later, he secretly authored the<em>&nbsp;Lancet&nbsp;</em>letter denouncing the lab leak theory without revealing his conflict-of-interest of ongoing collaboration with the Wuhan of Virology.</p>



<p>Just last month, Daszak emailed colleagues about his interest in obstructing the Congressional investigation, writing, “Each day of delay helps.” Daszak then refused to respond to government demands for EcoHealth documents, further hindering the Government investigation. Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH), Chairman of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic,&nbsp;<a href="https://twitter.com/COVIDSelect/status/1788567195649261892/photo/3">described</a>&nbsp;this as evidence of his “clearly bad faith and dilatory motivations.”&nbsp;</p>



<p>That deception mutated into perjury as Daszak took an oath to testify truthfully before Congress. While the Covid regime will attempt to cloak their crimes with bureaucratic redactions and legal loopholes, perjury offers a clear means to hold wrongdoers accountable.</p>

Perjury: The Case Against Peter Daszak


<p><strong>Those who have declared residency in another state cannot spend even a minute beyond the allowed time in either high tax New York or California. And, Big Brother is watching. George Orwell could not conjure up a more diabolical tale than the <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2024-04-19/how-to-avoid-state-taxes-new-york-rich-use-private-jets">Bloomberg</a> story penned by Laura Nahmias and Eliyahu Kamisher.</strong></p>



<p>“The minute you file a partial return you’re going to hear from New York state,” said Jonathan Mariner, who created TaxDay, an app that tracks users’ locations so they don’t overstay the threshold of days that would&nbsp;<a href="https://www.tax.ny.gov/pit/file/nonresident-faqs.htm">trigger residency status</a>, which is typically 184 (for irony, slip a nine in after the one).</p><div class="rE9nvnxe"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>So for the really rich, a misplaced day in New York (or on the other coast, California) can mean millions lost to the tax authority. How serious is this? Nahmias and Kamisher write, “State officials are stepping up already-intense scrutiny to make sure former residents have actually moved. It’s a complex operation that involves cutting-edge artificial intelligence and tracking everything from travel to the location of people’s pets.”</p>



<p>Those who earn a million dollars a year or more have been fleeing New York (top state tax rate 10.9 percent) in droves since 2019, and the state can’t do without the income tax these high earners paid. Residency audits have been instituted. “New York’s auditors closely watch travel and apply a standard known as ‘the teddy bear test,’ looking to see where individuals keep their most cherished possessions to determine whether a home is their primary residence,” write the pair from Bloomberg.</p>

<p>The state of New York collected roughly $1 billion between 2013 and 2017 from fifteen thousand audits. The Bloomberg scribes say the Golden State is not as draconian as New York. Or in their words, “the scale and complexity of its residency audit operation” is not on a level with New York. But California collected $85 million in residency audit income last year through November, the largest single-year tally in at least a decade.</p>

You’ve heard the expression “New York minute.” Well, now state tax bureaucrats define a few hours as a New York day. If you stop for lunch while driving through the state, the taxing authority considers that a day. <p>If you live in New York, you are considered a resident for tax purposes, paying levies on income from every source, even those outside the state. However, New York authorities consider someone a resident even if they don’t live there, as long as they’ve spent more than 183 days in New York and maintain a “permanent place of abode,” which could simply be a vacation home.</p>



<p>“Even though you have a Florida driver’s license, Florida voting record, Florida home, it does not matter,” said Mariner, who created his app after facing his own residency audit after moving to the Sunshine State. “You could be on vacation in New York, and they’ll pull you back in.”</p>



<p>There are three hundred auditors chasing the rich for New York’s Department of Taxation and Finance, and they are celebrated for their&nbsp;exhaustiveness.</p>



<p>“Bank records, phone bills and family photos are under the microscope. Auditors are backed up by sophisticated artificial intelligence-fueled tax monitoring systems that flag inconsistencies in returns,” write the authors from Bloomberg.</p>



<p>On the left coast, former California (top state tax rate 14.4 percent) tax auditor Chris Parker told Bloomberg, “People who moved to another state are not criminals because of their move, and yet they are regularly treated like such.”</p>



<p>“We are incredibly reliant on New York’s high earners for our income tax revenue,” Amanda Hiller, New York’s acting tax commissioner, told an audience of civic leaders. Ms. Hiller claims the state doesn’t know whether millionaires are leaving because of the state’s high tax rates. Are they studying the matter closely?</p>

<p>Trillions of debt and trillions of deficit spending are the worst habits a country could have, and it inevitably undermines its currency:</p>

<p>Walker was a healthy marathon runner and semi-pro soccer referee before his &#8220;vaccine&#8221; injury, suffering severe blood clots in his lungs and bowels just two weeks after being injected with the experimental mRNA technology.</p>



<p>The athletic man was told by hospital staff in March 2021 that he suffered from &#8220;vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT)&#8221; as a result of his AstraZeneca shot.</p><div class="pUu6TkQH"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>Like millions of people worldwide, Walker explained he only got the jab to protect &#8220;vulnerable&#8221; disabled children he would often chauffeur to school since he&#8217;s a driver by trade.</p>



<p>Now, the 50-year-old grandfather says his entire life has been flipped upside down.</p>



<p>&#8220;I dream of just being able to walk to a pup, go in the pub, have a pint, stand at the bar and walk home just something that everybody takes for granted,&#8221; he told <em>the Mail</em>. &#8220;I can&#8217;t play football with my grandson, he loves to go to junior park run, I can&#8217;t go running with him.&#8221;</p>



<p>After waiting over two years, Walker received a £120,000 payment from the UK government&#8217;s Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme established in the 1970s.</p>



<p>According to Walker, the money was not satisfactory as he was unable to work during the two years he spent waiting for the payment and had to use his savings.</p>



<p>He explained, &#8220;The stress of it all on top of when you are ill, when you are struggling to live day to day as it is, to then have that heaped on top was horrible.&#8221; </p>



<p>Mr. Walker&#8217;s tragic situation is just one among potentially millions as the experimental shot continues wreaking havoc across the world.</p>



<p>It&#8217;s also worth noting that AstraZeneca isn&#8217;t the only Covid shot damaging people&#8217;s health, with plenty of individuals suffering after taking jabs from Pfizer, Moderna and others.</p>

FAA Reauthorization Bill Approves Digital IDs


<p><strong>A medical <a href="https://journals.lww.com/hep/abstract/9900/extensive_splanchnic_vein_thrombosis_after.747.aspx">study</a> has linked a rare type of blood clot in the abdomen, splanchnic vein thrombosis (SVT), to the Covid vaccination. </strong></p>



<p>SVT is blood clotting in the splenic vein, mesenteric vein, portal vein or hepatic vein. It is one form of vaccine-induced immune thrombocytopenia and thrombosis (VITT).</p><div class="64wV8P0S"><div id="fullAd"></div></div>



<p>&#8220;Since the introduction of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, several cases of vaccine-induced immune thrombocytopenia and thrombosis (VITT) have been described, especially cerebral vein thrombosis. We aimed to retrospectively collect all new cases of acute onset first or recurrent splanchnic vein thrombosis (SVT) following a recent SARS-CoV-2 vaccination within the Vascular Liver Disease Group network,&#8221; the <a href="https://journals.lww.com/hep/abstract/9900/extensive_splanchnic_vein_thrombosis_after.747.aspx">study</a> said in the &#8216;Background and Aims&#8217; section.</p>



<p>The <a href="https://journals.lww.com/hep/abstract/9900/extensive_splanchnic_vein_thrombosis_after.747.aspx">study</a> explained that the vaccine-induced blood clotting has worse outcomes for the individual than the non-vaccine-induced clots.</p>



<p>&#8220;Although definite VITT was rare, in 72% of cases, no other cause for SVT could be identified following SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. <p>The mortality rate after one year of suffering SVT caused by the Covid shot is 7 percent, while SVT occurring through other means has only a 2 percent mortality rate after the same period.</p>



<p>The study was conducted via analysis of data from the <a href="https://www.valdig.eu/">international community of the Vascular Liver Disease Group</a> (researchers from various countries studying vascular liver disease) from April 2021 to April 2022. The authors of the study analyzed this data looking for incidents of SVT which were caused via the Covid gene therapy injections.</p>



<p>In another <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35339716/">study</a>, a meta-analysis of VITT from the Johnson &amp; Johnson and AstraZeneca viral vector gene therapy injections discovered 28 reported cases out of 100,000 doses administered with a death rate of 32 percent. It is broadly reported that vaccine side effect reporting is <a href="https://banned.video/watch?id=61e708ce8073487f001d5e60">deeply understated</a>, as the vast majority of side effect cases are never linked back to vaccination.</p><div class="Uj7hGaJE"><div id="ifwAd"></div></div>



<p>&#8220;Historically, VAERS — the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. — has been shown to report only <a href="https://digital.ahrq.gov/sites/default/files/docs/publication/r18hs017045-lazarus-final-report-2011.pdf">1% of actual vaccine adverse events</a>,&#8221; The Defender <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/covid-vaccines-linked-deadly-abdominal-blood-clotting/">said</a>.</p>



<p>In a different <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36988252/">study</a>, Pfizer &amp; Moderna mRNA vaccinations were linked to blood clot disorders such as thrombosis and thrombocytopenia.</p>



<p>Based on the data from this study, the authors question the safety of continually injecting people with Covid shots via <a href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/canada-recommends-another-covid-shot-for-the-pregnant-indigenous-racialized-equity-deserving/">booster campaigns</a>.</p>
