Could a strange substance found by an Ark-La-Tex man be part of secret government testing program? That’s the question at the heart of a phenomenon called “Chemtrails.” In a KSLA News 12 investigation, Reporter Jeff Ferrell shows us the results of testing we had done about what’s in our skies.

“It seemed like some mornings it was just criss-crossing the whole sky. It was just like a giant checkerboard,” described Bill Nichols. He snapped several photos of the strange clouds from his home in Stamps, in southwest Arkansas. Nichols said these unusual clouds begin as normal contrails from a jet engine. But unlike normal contrails, these do ‘not’ fade away.

Soon after a recent episode he saw particles in the air. “We’d see it drop to the ground in a haze,” added Nichols. He then noticed the material collecting on the ground.

“This is water and stuff that I collected in bowls. I had it sitting out in my backyard in my dad’s pick-up truck,” said Nichols as he handed us a mason jar in the KSLA News 12 parking lot back in September after driving down from Arkansas.

KSLA News 12 had the sample tested at a lab. The results: A high level of barium, 6.8 parts per million, (ppm). That’s more than three times the toxic level set by the Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA.

Armed with these lab results about the high levels of barium found in our sample, we decided to contact the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality. They told us that, ‘yes,’ these levels are very unusual. But at the same time they added the caveat that proving the source is a whole ‘nother matter.

We discovered during our investigation that Barium is a hallmark of other chemtrail testing. This phenomenon even attracted the attention of a Los Angeles network affiliate, which aired a report entitled, “Toxic Sky?”

There’s already no shortage of unclassified weather modification programs by the government. But those who fear chemtrails could be secret biological and chemical testing on the public point to the 1977 U.S. Senate hearings which confirmed 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Later, the 1994 Rockefeller Report concluded hundreds of thousands of military personnel were also subjected to secret biological experiments over the last 60-years.

But could secret testing be underway yet again? “I’d rather it be something inert and you know something that’s not causing any damage but I’d like to know what it is,” concluded Nichols.

KSLA News 12 discovered chemtrails are even mentioned by name in the initial draft of HR 2977 back in 2001, under the Space Preservation Act. But the military denies any such program exists.

It turns out, until just nine years ago the government had the right, under U.S. law, to conduct secret testing on the American public, under specific conditions. Only a public outcry repealed part of that law, with some “exceptions.”

Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, explained that short term exposure to barium can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains, with long-term exposure causing blood pressure problems.

Ryan addressed concerns by chemtrail researchers that barium could be meant to wear down a person’s immune system. “Anything that causes ill effects on the body long-term, chronically, is going to affect your ability, it’s just constantly working on the body. So from that aspect yeah it’s a potential.”

Ryan told us he’s conducted research of his own about secret government testing on the public. But he’s still a bit skeptical about chemtrails at the moment, especially considering that his Poison Control Center has seen no calls about barium exposure.

    The chemtrails in the Raleigh/Durham in are off the chart. I’ve never seen pictures anywhere that even come close.

    Just when I finished watching that news story. I looked out the window, and saw three white planes flying in cross pattern. Although, the planes were not spraying that time. Those planes, I assume, were the same ones I saw all last week spraying prior.

    I thought the planes were not going to spray because the sky was clear, no clouds in sight. But of course they just waited until the cover of darkness to conduct their plans. Around 2am there was this “fog” that covered the city. You couldn’t see more than five car lengths ahead of you. I was looking outside with a flash light and you can see large amounts of particulates.

    By the way, I live on the west coast. They never sprayed here (over my home) before. I seen spraying happen in Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah. I seen some amazing stuff in those states.

    People need to start purchasing respirators. Better safe than sorry.

    Brittan admitted to it (except I think it was referred to as chemwebbing)and when asked about spraying the skies, they said they couldn’t comment on ongoing research.
    Most of the concentrated sprayings there are going on over Ireland and Scotland. Not over much empty land, mostly over villages and rural communities.

    I see alot of gridding here in MN, along with alot of huge X’s.
    X marks the spot. Usually when I see the x’s though, the next day or so there is alot of chemtrail activity.

    Something hilarious (sarcastically) to think about…
    Back in the 70’s people like us were branded as crazy, conspiracy theorists, anti-american… blah blah blah.

    30 years later, we are starting to see that the crazy people just might not have been quite so crazy. We need to get out of the mindset that the current government is trying to help us. Humans are guinea pigs. Experiment specimens. Some might say that the face of this planet is like a petrie dish, and we occupy the surface of it.

    Start being aware of the environment. Learn about the normal medical ranges of your body are, in regard to levels and toxicicity learn how to keep yourself balanced. We have the best weapons available, herbs. Homeopathic medicines are a bane to big pharmaseutical (sp?). I wouldn’t put it past them to try and destroy the environment so we can’t have access to home grown foods, herbs or herbals for meds.

    Think of that Barium filled mess that was found, and discovered to be what it was. OUR FOOD IS EXPOSED TO THAT AS IT GROWS!!! We are eating what he found. Some might say that it gets washed off, but what about the stuff that gets into the ground and absorbed into the plant for us to ingest at a later time?

    I don’t think conspiracy theorists are crazy.
    In the end, they are almost always right.

    Watch for alot of unexplained spiderwebby ‘webs’.
    Spiderweb like, but we all know that spiders weave their webs in various formations.
    We would never think twice of spider webs now would we? If we were to have some of the ‘webs’ tested, and I bet there will be a surprise when it turns out to be more than a mere spider web.

    I have never seen spider webs laid out in straight horizontal fashion. Like little threads that seem to dissolve into whatever it touches, but the last bit holds on to the edge so it can carry onto and melt onto the creature unlucky enough to brush by it.

    What can we do?
    *cough*grow your own food in an enclosure*cough*
    Or, get the community together, present them with the facts, and try to plan a communal farm, a huge greenhouse. They aren’t that expensive to build, and local merchants could even donate materials. A preliminary building could be as simple as aluminum piping with a clearer plastic top.
    Something cheap and easy until something else can be put in more permenantly.

    I know that something like the above seems like a long shot.
    But, if you want to survive you must start acting in tandem.
    You need to get out of the ‘me’ mindset.

    You know that saying, “United we stand, Divided we fall”?
    Think of it on a more personal level.
    How well does everyone in America actually know their neighbor?
    Right now America is divided because alot of our communities are divided.
    Right now, if everything went to hell in a handbasket, humans would destroy themselves from within.

    I am on a watch list and have been under surveillance since 2001. I first noticed the chemtrails as X marks in the sky above the various places I lived while on the run.
    In 2005, the X marks became grids, and they have remained grids ever since.
    I discovered that I have a heart murmur in 2004. In 2005 I was so congested that I could not hear anything. All health professionals are in on this because they pretend to treat the afflicted without doing anything to stop the spraying. People are sick and dying from this shit, but the medical profession absolutely refuses to acknowledge it. This means that all doctors are psychopaths.
    Nowadays, I watch the chemtrails being laid down and the spiderwebs float across the sky. My heart is weak from the initial spraying but I have not been sick since 2005.
    Most likely, I will die long before I reach the age of 67, the age the government will allow me to retire.
    I am a target because I am extremely smart. If I don’t die from the chemtrails, I will be rounded up for the FEMA camps.
    No amount of money could prevent me from revealing everything I know. I have stated all that I know.
