Neocon Attack on Ron Paul: Greasing the Skids for Implementation of H.R. 1955?

It has all the hallmarks of a concerted effort—the corporate media, in particular Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly, are attacking Ron Paul and the 9/11 truth movement at the very moment H.R. 1955, entitled the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007″ (although more accurately entitled the Thought Crime Bill) inches its way toward the Senate, having passed the House of Representatives, that is to say the house of corporate and neocon whores in the District of Criminals. As if to send a strident message they mean business, a Ministry of Homeland Security subcommittee on “terrorism risk assessment” went out of its way on November 6 to conflate so-called jihad terrorism—you know, terrorism engineered by the CIA—with 9/11 truth.

“Under the guise of a bill that calls for the study of ‘homegrown terrorism,’ Congress is apparently trying to broaden the definition of terrorism to encompass both First Amendment political activity and traditional forms of protest such as nonviolent civil disobedience, according to civil liberties advocates, scholars and historians,” writes Jessica Lee. “Many observers fear that the proposed law will be used against U.S.-based groups engaged in legal but unpopular political activism, ranging from political Islamists to animal-rights and environmental campaigners to radical right-wing organizations. There is concern, too, that the bill will undermine academic integrity and is the latest salvo in a decade-long government grab for power at the expense of civil liberties.”

Of course, “political Islamists,” at least here in America, are too intimidated—thanks to the Palmeresque round-up and sadistic abuse of Muslims in the wake of September 11, 2001—to be of serious concern to the neocon-hijacked government. Many of the “animal-rights and environmental campaigners” fall into the category of the big foundation controlled opposition and do not sincerely pose a threat to the neocon “clash of civilizations” agenda abroad and the orchestrated attack against the Bill of Rights at home.

In fact, the only serious threat to the neocons and their neolib partners in crime emanates from the patriot and 9/11 truth movements—and that is why, as increasing numbers of patriotic and politically diverse Americans rally around the Ron Paul presidential campaign, we are witnessing increasingly virulent and desperate attacks against Paul, who is now absurdly conflated with “Islamo-fascist” terrorists.

H.R. 1955 is scary because it does not target actual terrorists but rather “extremist belief systems” and “is not necessarily about violence” but rather the potential “use, planned use, or threatened use, of force or violence,” according to Alejandro Queral, executive director of the Northwest Constitutional Rights Center. “What is an extremist belief system? Who defines this? These are broad definitions that encompass so much…. It is criminalizing thought and ideology.”

H.R. 1955 is a “form of prior restraint,” explains David Price, a professor of anthropology at St. Martin’s University who studies government surveillance and harassment of dissident scholars. It will prevent people from petitioning the government, lest they find themselves equated with terrorists.

Kamau Franklin, an attorney with the Center for Constitutional Rights, is concerned the bill will be used to target peaceful protests. Franklin believes the “Commission’s broad mandate can lead to the ability to turn civil disobedience, a form of protest that is centuries old, into a terrorist act,” thus making it possible “that someone who would have been charged with disorderly conduct or obstruction of governmental administration may soon be charged with a federal terrorist statute…. My biggest fear is that they [the commission] will call for some new criminal penalties and federal crimes…. Activists are nervous about how the broad definitions could be used for criminalizing civil disobedience.”

“There are all sorts of things that activists do that involve little or no risk of hurting people, but their actions get labeled as violent, or even worse, as acts of terrorism,” explains Bron Taylor, a professor at University of Florida. “For example, if 10 activists push themselves into a congressperson’s regional office, make noise, pull out files and make a scene, is that an act of terrorism? It is quite possible that the act could scare the hell out of the secretary and office workers because they don’t know these people or what they intend to do? But is that terrorism? Some people would like to frame it that way.”

Indeed, no doubt “some people” would like to characterize We Are Change—infamous for confronting Giuliani, Romney, Biden, the neocon grand dragon Podhoretz and others—as a terrorist organization that needs to be arrested en masse and shipped to Camp Gitmo or one of those CIA torture dungeons in Poland or Jordan.

“One of the most useful tools for political campaigns today is the use of the internet,” writes Anthony Merola. “Certainly we can see how this has been used over the last few months as Congressmen Paul, as well as other candidates, has used the internet to spread their messages and appeal to new voters, but don’t worry, HR 1955 has taken care of this,” as H.R. 1955 declares the “Internet has aided in facilitating ideologically-based violence and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States citizens.”

With this piece of legislation in congress, my generation will no longer be able to use the internet in a peaceful manner. All activity will certainly be logged, and every letter typed will be scrutinized by the state.

My generation has, without their knowing, been forced into a society in which we cannot choose, where we cannot think, where we cannot be free. This legislation is another step towards an Orwellian society that will create misery and despair for generations to come. We will be forced into more wars, more taxation, and more Statist welfare, and there is nothing we will be able to do to stop those in power.

That is, unless we elect Congressman Paul. Ron Paul is the only person in our government advocating for personal liberty, and for privacy rights of the Citizens of this country. Sure, Barack Obama may appeal to the youth vote. But, he has made it clear that he is just another member of the Welfare/Warfare state. He has already told us that he cannot promise our troops will be home by the end of his first term. Style and Substance are two completely different things.

Our rulers understand this as well as the youthful Anthony Merola—and that’s why they are pulling out all the stops to pass the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007.”

If they are able to successfully characterize Ron Paul as a terrorist and thus sabotage his political campaign, there will be no end to the state-sponsored domestic terrorism they will unleash against the American people stripped of all advocates.

terrorism: The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence
against people or property to coerce or intimidate governments or
societies, often to achieve political, religious, or ideological
    objectives.

The US Government unlawfully used violence against the American people on 9/11 to achieve political and ideological objectives:

    1. Invading Afghanistan

    2. Invading Iraq

    3. Patriot Act I and II

    4. Military Commissions Act

    5. John Warner Defense Act

The list could cover basically every law and action taken by this administration since 9/11 in one way or another.

I really thought that jane harmon could be trusted, but now i realize that “they” finally got to her.If this bill passes, it will be the crowning blow that completely destroys all of the reasons for being American. This piece of legislation more or less fulfills all of the wants and desires of the Neocons. It is simply another stain on our constitution and our bill of rights.Every day the nightmare becomes more and more real.

So let me see if I have this correct…It could now be “terrorism” to question what terrorism is? If so, it may soon also be that it’s terrorism to question terrorism that questions what terrorism really is. Welcome back McCarthy. Can you smell that stink!

If this means the US Government can clean the streets of gangs…then I say go for it! On the whole 911 issue:If the Twin Towers were demolished with explosives, then why did they not collapse from the bottom first? Every film I have looked at clearly shows EVERY building being demolished, collapsing from the bottom first! Maybe the buildings weren’t built a well as they were suppose to be? Remember the movie “Towering Inferno”? I no longer believe in the whole 911 “conspiracy” theory…it just does not add up! On the issue of a “Shadow Government”: This BS goes way back to the 70’s with John Todd’s accusations that the US Government is run by “Witches”! Give me a break…please! I’m so f&$%ing tired of hearing people bad-mouthing our government. To not support your country is treason.

I would like to suggest that attempts such as HR1955 and SB1959 by the Neo-Fascists to demonize those of us who wish to restore the Constitution and return to the peaceful and lawful Constitutional Republic the founding fathers established, may very well CREATE violence where none existed before. I fervently hope for a peaceful solution to the mess our country is in, but if someone corners me in my own home and demands that I surrender any of my rights or property under the guise of these unconstitutional and unlawful “laws”, then I and probably others will have NO CHOICE except to use force in self defense to preserve our inherent human rights to life, liberty, and property. The day peaceful change by open and unfettered dialog with our supposedly elected representatives is no longer possible will be a day of shame for our entire country.

HR 1955 might be the best thing that has happened to us. When things get labled as “bad” and “evil”, not only does that bad and evil thing gain popularity, it also tends to spread. Prohibition made Booze bad and illegal and look what happened, it became popular and cool and caused groups to form (gangs). Jazz was evil and bad, music of the devil. Did that stop its popularity? Rock and Roll was evil and bad, and look how well that worked out for it. Finally look at drugs, we have a war on it and things couldn;t be going better for them (drugs).

I rather not have HR 1955 pass, but if it does we might be able to make the sheep wake up cause waking up would be “cool”. And passing out DVD’s would be “cool”. And forming truth groups would be “cool”. And ambushing people “We Are Change Style” would be really cool. In fact, that last one would probably get the biggest boost alone because of this bill. Just a thought.

    Anybody still have questions?
“Freedom” is no longer is a good marketing slogan for the global corptocracy, so they are switching to “Pain Compliance.” The new catchphrase commands immediate attention, has a funky ring to it and they have they have already done some very successful and intensive test marketing, as anyone who has ever watched “24” knows.
Anyone who still doubts that every single freedom we have as human beings is at risk — not least to communicate in forums like this — is in complete and total denial. Period. And while the “denialers” are still many in number, each time the government is forced to raise the bar on their heavy-handedness, more and more people are recognizing what is going on and responding accordingly. Dr. Paul is the equal and opposite reaction that Newton’s Law refers to. His swelling appeal is in direct counterpoint to those who would highjack American society and is as such a natural phenomenon. In fact, it is largely because the “opposition” has behaved with nonviolence that has forced the government to position itself with things like “The Homegrown Terrorist” laws, amazingly passed by the Congress and currently before the Senate. Each time they have to raise the bar, they reveal themselves as the frauds and charlatans they really are.
I just heard an interview on CBC radio – As It Happens — with Corporal Dale Carr (not sure of spelling) an RCMP police spokesman for the homicide investigation unit supposedly investigating the tazer death of a Polish man in the Vancouver airport this fall. A video of the event, which had been confiscated from the individual who took it and only returned to him after he retained a lawyer, was broadcast nationally and all over the internet yesterday. The RCMP spokesman, who supposedly represented the investigation, provided no facts to dispute what the video clearly shows was rapid use of the tazer by the officers, stating again and again that the video was only one perspective. The spokesperson didn’t know what the protocol was for using a tazer, nor could he explain how the man’s actions warranted him being tazered. He basically tried to whitewash the whole tazering of a Polish man in Vancouver airport, pushing the discovery of the truth into the future when a tribunal would, under oath, allow the officers – after much preparation I am sure – to tell their story about what happened. He referred to non-police who might want to be represented at any proceeding as “civilians”, unconsciously highlighting the gap between police forces and the public which is being nurtured today. Things are heating up, for sure.
I have not watched the video. Likely will not. I heard the man screamed in absolute agony as he was being stunned by the 50,000 volts. A short time later he is dead. Those screams impact everyone on a deep level and serve to wake them up further as to what is really happening in our world today. A seed of doubt is planted as to whether or not the measures being promoted by government can really be trusted. The video showing police acting with no restraint grabs people’s attention as to what these measures really mean. The Newtonian equal and opposite reaction occurs and in turn, the government needs to become even more draconian to counter the phenomenon. This reveals their evil, and how empty and fraudulent their claims to be champions of freedom really are, especially when their opponents are using only non-violence and the truth to reveal the establishment’s lies.
It is imperative to remain nonviolent in the face of such tyranny. Indeed, nonviolence is the most powerful way to completely topple such systems. At a time when the internet wasn’t even an idea, Ghandi demonstrated that nonviolence could topple the greatest empire the world had ever known. As the measured and truthful response to tyranny, and nonviolence more and more reveals the truth about a myriad of conditions in society today, it draws others to the truth as well and forces the powers to take even more drastic actions to protect themselves. Eventually all who might support such systems see that they too will be destroyed by those same systems. As more and more levels of society reject the prevailing vision of the government, the old order comes ever closer to collapse. But with the collapse of the old order, a whole new range of opportunities for the growth and awakening of mankind become available to all of us.
This is indeed a spiritual struggle. In addition to nonviolence, I also recommend, as I am sure Ghandi would have, that one prays to God for forgiveness that the world has gotten to be the way it is – we are all responsible for that – and for guidance through the challenging times ahead.

Ron Paul hasn’t a chance to win anyway or live to enter the oval throne room of the new statutory tyranny - unless he secretly bows to the big fat pyramid eye. But he makes a good placebo to sooth your resisting soul. The internet was no accident - it was a political creation as anyone knows who saw our government create it and hand it over to the masses. You don’t have the NWO by the balls. It has you listed and documented thanks to the internet that you view as your great weapon. The NWO’s is pointing at you saying: “I need YOU to resist us in one of our stooge patriot outfits”. And you will join, won’t you?

I suggest you surrender to the NWO and embrace the blood-spatter-board that will be strapped to the back of your collective heads. I await mine like an eternal pillow.

    SURRENDER DOCUMENT
We, the prisoners of the ‘Centuries Asymmetrical War’ belonging to the confused mob of American constitutionalists and sundry resistance cells, having been this day surrendered by the realization that the odds stacked against us facing about 6 billion NWO zombie dupes, led by forces with almost unlimited resources and 200 years of careful preparation, not to mention stockpiles of deadly gases, nuclear warheads, and hideous germ agents (which said NWO will not hesitate to use if by chance we did manage to march one of our little amateur leaders into the Oval Office by election and attempt to get patriot hands on the US nuclear codes), yes, led by this realization and the fact that General Robert E. Lee, C. S. Army, surrendered when his army was facing thousands of times less odds than we of today, We do surrender to the modern Masters of the Present World (just as Lee surrendered to the 19th century representatives of the same world order), who command the Dupe Armies of the Globe, do hereby give our solemn parole of honor that we will not hereafter serve in the armies of the neo-patriots, or in any military capacity whatever, against the New World Order of the Planet Earth, or render aid to the enemies of the latter, until properly assigned a new position in the Empire (be that a new assignment, camp, or grave), in such manner as shall be approved by the respective authorities.
Done in the spirit of Appomattox Court. House, Va., this first decade of the 21st century.

“You only have the freedoms you are willing to fight and die for.”
    Thomas Jefferson

Some things are worth going to jail for. Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of the Press, and Freedom to Assemble are but a few of the things worth fighting for and going to jail for.

This is the time we have to remember Martin Luther, who stood up by himself against the most evil police-state the world has ever seen, The Roman Catholic Church-state, and said loudly and clearly: “Here I Stand!”

It was the beliefs of Scripture Alone and Justification By Faith Alone that destroyed that evil Catholic police-state and gave us our Protestant civil liberties, and it will have to be the same to save them now.

    Wolf responds:

In the process of nothing but peacefully and non-violently “petitioning the government” for redress of grievances through legal channels two years ago, I was equated with being a violent threat to the government through a false claim of allegedly being such a “threat”, a step just short of being “equated with terrorists”, if I haven’t already been secretly labeled a “terrorist” as is very likely. So this establishment of “thought crime” has already been going on for several years, and was codified into “law” through the “USA Patriot Act” after 9-11. The authorities are now simply seeking to codify it even further in order to make their violations of the U.S. Constitution “ironclad”. This also points out that they are not just going after political and/or civil liberties groups, but also after individuals.

They have a favorite term as a result of the “Patriot Act” and other such unConstitutional “laws” that is called, “perceived threatening conduct”, which is what I was falsely accused of for the foregoing reasons. In other words, all the government has to claim is that THEY perceive that anyone’s conduct is “threatening”, and it doesn’t have to be actual “threatening conduct” as most sane legal professionals would classify such conduct, though the government has now classified a wide range of actions, including exercising one’s Constitutional rights and duties, as so-called “perceived threatening conduct”. Kurt’s writing and posting the instant article, my writing and submitting this comment, etc., are now considered to be “perceived threatening conduct” and a threat to the unfettered abuse of power by the state.

For all of the above-referenced activities, according to such draconian laws, we can be “disappeared”, “extraordinarilly renditioned”, “interned” in “concentration” or “FEMA” camps, or other government jails and/or prisons, without charges, access to a lawyer, fair and impartial hearings and/or a trial, and can be so-held indefinitely and/or be put to death for “perceived threatening conduct” and being “terrorists”. This is what “the land of the free, and the home of the brave”, more like ‘the land of the slaves, and the home of the cowards’, has degenerated into.

Yes, we are “stripped of all advocates”.

I saw this coming 10 years ago when i was arrested for an altercation with a roommate (who liked to make passes at my wife, but that’s another story) and hauled off to jail. The cop who arrested me could have cared-less about my side of things, he just knew that i was the one who threw the first punch and so i must “think i’m tough”. The cop kept sticking his chest out telling me how 6 months ago he would have beat the crap out of me and his female partner was egging him on with comments like “you know my partner likes to beat up tough-guys like you”, etc. I stood there taking the verbal abuse asking them to please just take me jail or do whatever it was they were gonna do. Well the cop would have none of me telling him what to do so he plants my face into the wall telling me to keep telling him what to do and see what happens. This cop was young, maybe 23-24 and total mouth. I finally get taken out to the car and thrown in the backseat. The cop jumps in the front and proceeds to peel out of the apartment complex like he was en route to a shooting or something, then he slams on the brakes at the light laughing at me. During the drive to jail he’s instigating me by berating me and talking about my wife and how he can’t see her with a guy like me, etc and how he bets he could nail my wife…that was the button, because as soon as he said he could nail my wife i snapped back, “bro, you’re so ugly you couldn’t score in a whorehouse” (i knew i shouldn’t have said it, but i was hot!). He immediately pulls in behind a building and jumps out of the car and starts putting on some black leather gloves he had in his back pocket. He also pulled a remote control from his utility belt and pushed a button that rolled the back window down. He then walks up to the back seat where i am handcuffed and reaches in the window and punches me in the face, then pulled out a can of pepper spray from his utility belt and shot me in the eyes with it and angrily says, “You got anything else you wanna say to me tough guy?!”…i just shook my head “no” and went to jail. We get to jail and he sits me on this long bench and goes about 10 feet in front of to a standup desk where he begins doing his report paperwork; the whole time lieing to jailers about how i like to resist arrest (which of course i did not do) and how i think i’m a tough guy, etc. The cop then looks back at his paperwork and says loud enough for me to hear, “yeah another idiot here who’s mom was probably a hooker” and again, since i don’t like to learn my lesson the first time, i snapped back, “i don’t have a mom, me and my dad share yours”. The cop looks at me and says, “oh yeah? be right back” and he disappears around the corner. Suddenly 4 corrections officers came hustling over and snatched me up off the bench, dragged me to an elevator and took me 2 levels up and then took me to an empty cell and commenced to beating the crap out of me. One officer was trying to break my leg by putting his knee on the backside of my calf while another planted a knee in the back of my neck and put his weight behind it…i thought both my neck and my leg were going to break; suprisingly, they didn’t. I eventually went unconscious. I came to sometime later completely naked and quite scared they were going to come back and torture me some more. I am still have nightmares to this day by what had happened to me.
I never reported the incident to authorities when i got out a couple days later because i figured that if they’re doing it, it must be legal. I regret today not reporting it then, but i’ll never forget the torture i was put through. I gaurantee that if that same situation happened today, i would have undoubtedly been tasered the hell out of.
These cops today are reckless and cruel and what scares me is that most of them don’t seem to have any problem or fear of tasering you for the smallest infraction. They’ll goad you into a reason to zap you. I have never been in trouble with the law since that arrest 10 years ago and i have no plans to ever have anything to do with the police. I keep the cops out of my home and my life. I avoid them at all costs for fear that i could wind up like that guy at the canadian airport.

To be an American is to dissent. To attempt to take away an American’s right to dissent is the same as suicide. I am sick and tired of being told that Americans just want to eat and watch TV. 10’s of millions of us are aware of what is happening and will stop it. Honest to God, watch fox news for an hour and tell me the “bad guys” are competent. These people are idiots who have completely underestimated America. The British are gutless royal watchers who have stood by as they have been turned into a police state. They got what they deserved. It is a tiny island of authority worshipping welfare cases.

You honestly think the BATF is gonna go into a bar in Dallas some night and confiscate all the guns? How do you think that’s gonna go?
    Yeah right.

We are 3.4 million square miles.
    We are 51,000,000 gun owners.
We are the mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters of each soldier and sailor we have.
I dare them to declare martial law.
Who’s going to do it. The local police? The ratio is 200:1. What are they gonna do in Chicago? Hand out doughnuts at the checkpoints? The Penn State Ohio State football game? That 100,000 US citizens gonna roll over?

Whom, pray tell will put down the rebellion when the rebellion INCLUDES 99.8% OF THE POPULATION?

An Air Force General released a story to The Gannett Company (USATODAY) in September that basically said that Cheney was moving nuclear tipped cruise missiles into position to kill millions of people. So you telling me the Joint chiefs are going to just send the boys in to crush Indiana when the big boss tells them to?

The FBI “leaked” the details of the Top Secret AIPAC investigation getting blocked by the executive branch to the Washington Post. You telling me everyone in the beltway is on board for this military dictatorship thing?

The senior commander at CENTCOM has stated to the media his is “busy trying to put the crazies back in the box.”

So, the FBI, the joint chiefs and millions of Americans stand in the way of the “end game.” Who’s gonna Blink?

The entire population is going to roll over and let 217 “crazies” in our government take over the country? HOW? WITH WHAT?

The Marines from Camp Pendleton are going to crush 33,000,000 Californians?

Write your politicians and tell them they will be tried for complicity in treason when the “crazies” are taken down. That’ll get their attention.

When dealing with people who are controlled by fear do the obvious…scare them!

I live in Philadelphia. Here we are having an incredible rate of murder and recently the Police are being targeted. One officer was fatally wounded while standing in line for coffee. It’s not funny either so no fuckin’ coffee jokes.

Being a business owner I have been robbed on nine seperate occassions and my vehicle has been vandalized three times.

I brush all this off as part of living in Philly. But let me ask this…
When did criminal activity become anything other than terror?

The Declaration of Independence was signed less than two and a half miles from where I live but I wouldn’t walk there late at night on a bet!

This may seem very foreign to some of you who’ll read this but these criminals hate you too. They hate how happy you are. They hate the fact that you believe in a system. They steal from you in the form of welfare, and tax dollars, and lives, and dreams, and as God as my witness- security!

When I hear sirens and helicopters flying above my home or place of business I stay inside and lock the doors. Not because they’re looking for me. They’re looking for someone who may be just one victim away from victimizing me. And as ‘We The People’ that criminal has already victimized me and you and every other honest peaceful person. Why does someone have to be a member of some organized regime to be defined as a terrorist?

I’m 34 years old, male, 6′0″ tall and 198lbs and even I am debating on going to see my friend’s band perfom tonight just a mile from my home. How about Mada from across the street? Or Mrs. Kelly with the bad hip? Or Melvin the 84 year old man who lives alone next door? I think for them there is no debate. They’re staying in. Where’s their liberty? I’ll tell you. It’s on some drug dealing street corner being spat upon by yeah I’ll say it- terrorists.

It breaks my heart to watch my city struggle to grow. And God bless us we’re doing it in the face of all this shit. But if someone offers me an army to clean it all up you better believe I’m going to agree to that as fast as I can say ‘Thank You Sir carry on.

It never surprises me to hear people talking about how the entire country is sliding down the tubes and wondering why. “Why is there so much crime? Why is everyone so stupid? Why are there criminals?” They refer to fifty years ago and talk about how much better it was back then, and then say it would all be better if we just had more cops, more laws, more control. I would ask those folks to remember that the “good old days” were the days when you could talk to your local police without worry because they were there to defend you from criminals, not act like them. They were the days before this wonderful Prison State we inhabit today, when a cop who gunned someone down in cold blood had half a chance to actually get charged with his crime.

People complain and worry about drugs and say the answer is more authority, even as the crooked system of prohibition churns out an endless number of dealers, cartels, and corrupt officials who all thrive on the artificially high price of needlessly illegal substances. People worry about terrorists but turn around and support warmongering politicians who will rape and pillage any point on the globe to enrich themselves and their cronies.

Mindlessly going along with the criminals in power does not make you a good American. Cowering under your bed while those same criminals destroy your country does not make you a good American, either. If you don’t like sharing a free country with other people who are allowed to disagree with you, take your own advice and go somewhere else where tyranny is tolerated by the beaten masses.

A traitor is a person who would sell out their country to those who meant it ill. A traitor is a person who would help criminals foreign and domestic to steal the rights, lives, and prosperity of their countrymen. The vilest traitors of all are those who support a criminal gang of State thieves and murderers while they call true patriots betrayers for seeking to take their lives back from the monstrous and power-hungry bureaucrats that have taken America over. I could honestly give a shit what those people think, and they can scream and cry all they want about how I and others like me will not kneel before the Altar that bows them low, but they’ll just be wasting more breath.

If you call yourself a moral person, an ethical person, and then condone endless death and suffering because of a cowardly and spineless need to see others suffer for your satisfaction and security, then perhaps you will realize the error of your ways only on your deathbed, when you finally meet the fate you have wished upon so many. Death is no joke, and it is not something we should want for anyone.

Probably the sickest thing of all to me in this nation today is seeing people who call themselves Christians calling for more war, more slaughter, more destruction, so long as it’s heathens we’re exploding. Hypocrites! Pharisees!

I am no Christian myself, but it should shame them that I understand the message of the Prince of Peace far better than they have bothered to, and I did it on my own and out of personal interest, while they have claimed to devote their lives and salvation to his teachings even as they clamor for more death like the mob that screamed “Crucify Him!” two thousand years ago. I am at least comforted to know that if Christians are right and it’s Jesus we meet when we die, I’ll stand before him knowing I did not spend my days praying for the deaths of others, while legions of devout warmongers who spoke his name in vain and for war their whole lives will have a lot to answer for.

Forgive them, world, for they know not what they do.

I think H.R. 1955, like the Traitors’ Act I and II, a host of Bush Executive Orders, and virtually every other domestic act of this administration are intended to intimidate potential and actual dissenters, as well as goad the most angry and aggressive of them (us) into committing violent acts against the government. Whether we violently resist or passively accept what has happened to our country, the criminals who run this government win. If we do nothing, or even if we keep peacefully resisting while we can, they will eventually come for us at home, at our place of work, when we go shopping, or simply while we’re walking on the street. No one will even know we’ve gone except our immediate families. We’ll just disappear. If they know we have weapons at home (and they do), they won’t take us there. It would be too … messy. They wouldn’t want to alarm the neighbors, would they? If by some miracle a real insurgency was able to get going in the country, (very unlikely, since the patriot groups, among many others, have long been infiltrated by government agents), it would be a perfect opportunity for them to declare martial law and permanently dispose of what is left of the Constitution. In fact, they might even help the insurgency get going in order to do just that.

The above strategies might be used against some of us, probably in communities where our numbers are small. In areas where there are high concentrations of us, I expect them to use some fraudulent “natural disaster,” “terrorist attack,” “epidemic outbreak,” or some other ruse to force people to evacuate their homes. In the “refugee centers,” dissenters and ne’re do wells like us will swiftly be identified and segregated from the sheeple. After the “emergency” has passed, the sheeple will return to their pens, but we will never leave the camp alive. The camps will probably be staffed by foreign troops brought in by the government (with the U.N.’s kindly cooperation) in order to help with evacuations. Foreign troops will have no compunction against killing large numbers of Americans, once the media has left and the rest of the country has forgotten about us. Our bodies would then be bulldozed into mass graves, the camp would be dismantled, and the entire area would be relandscaped.

In areas with high population concentrations, and if either DARPA or the CDC is finally able to come up with a really good pathogen, they might just kill the whole population (Think of the shock value!). That would be an excellent way to dispose of the “useless eater” population while freeing up valuable economic assets for foreign investors, once the corpses have been disposed of, of course. A worker population could always be brought in from Mexico.

This, I think, is what awaits us, or something like it, barring a miracle, and I think it really will take a miracle to prevent it.

Remember the movie “Towering Inferno”? I no longer believe in the whole 911 “conspiracy” theory…it just does not add up!”

If demolition charges were used, they could be set off in any order those controlling them choose, although I am not convinced of demolition in the twin towers, have you seen building 7 drop, john? (The bottom collapses first.) But if fires from jet fuel brought the main towers down, we are still dealing with an unprecedented lack of action by US air defenses… there are many claims on the 9/11 attack that I too find ridiculous, but even discounting those, the documented evidence leads me to believe that some of those people currently in power LET IT HAPPEN ON PURPOSE, at the very least. I believe that many of the craziest, unsubstantiated claims (missiles, no planes, etc…) are promoted by agent provacateurs to make real 9/11 truth seekers seem associated with crazy theories.

To be sure john, there are many crazy theories out there… but I tend to listen more to people like Mike Ruppert, who is a former LAPD detective, and gives you all of the sources for every allegation he makes… (none so far about witches… All of the witches I know are good & peaceful people. Pagans who wouldn’t adopt christianity have just been demonized by the christian church for a couple of thousand years, so I wouldn’t expect most people to have an unbiased view of them. Although they gave us all of our christian holidays (easter, christmas, etc…) Or more correctly, the christian church co-opted these dates to successfuly convert many of them.

Well john, I think that same attitude would have had you all gussied up in a lovely black leather SS uniform if you were a German man in the late 1930’s. It is our constitutional and patriotic duty as US citizens to question the actions of our leaders, and remove them from power if they commit any “high crimes or misdemeanors.” You should read the constitution, as it will probably enlighten you as to how the current leadership of our government needs to be dealt with, and our many responsibilities as citizens.

In response to someone’s comment about why the towers didn’t collapse from the bottom: because in a controlled demolition, you do NOT collapse a building from the bottom. You start at the top and collapse it in on itself. Yes, there are explosive charges that destabilize the foundations of the building first, but then the explosions start out at the top and move sequentially down the building. Call a local demolitions company if you don’t believe this and ask them a very pointed question about the way they knock down a building.

Finally, firefighters and law enforcement that were on the ground floor of the towers said they heard deep, rumbling explosions from the basement levels several floors below their feet, followed by a series of explosions above their heads. That is precisely how you demolish a building if you want it to collapse onto itself in a tidy little pile of rubble instead of listing sideways and destroying all the other skyscrapers in its vicinity.

In closing, I am disgusted by comments like this that are written by people who clearly have NO grasp on the laws of physics whatsoever. You’re of course free to say whatever you want, but to claim that you know what you’re talking about with such conviction only fuels ignorance about this issue.

In response to the man saying he wants an army to clean up Philadelphia:

Yes, you’re right, the Declaration of Independence was signed in your city. And you know who signed it? Benjamin Franklin amongst many others. And Ben is famous for 2 very pointed, very powerful quotes:

The first is “We have given you a republic, IF you can keep it.” Implying that this republic of ours only works if we’re willing to scrutinize the government and make sure that what they are doing with our legislature and its execution is really in the best interests of We the People. If you allow an army in to your city and they start doing things their way, We the People no longer have any say, because it’s pretty damned hard for the common man to fight back against tanks and F/A-18’s.

Second, “Any society that would sacrifice a little liberty for a little security will have neither liberty nor security.” What Ben meant here is that at SOME level, you reach a point at which the federal government is no longer accountable or beholden to We the People because we have given them so much power that they do not need our approval to continue to be in power. If we say “Sure, bring in the military, let’s have some martial law” to try to clean up our cities, who, pray tell, is going to get the military back out of there? And good grief, what makes you think that it’s going to be the military personnel from Philly and the area that is doing this? They’ll bring people from the other side of the country who have no family ties to that city in, and they won’t care if they are ordered to go into every house, to search every corner without a warrant. That’s a scary situation! If you are so ruled by fear and terror that you’re willing to crawl into your corner and hide there until the end of days comes, then do it, but by the gods, man, don’t try to recruit other people to go with you into your myopic world of fright.

Why is there so much drug crime in Philadelphia? Because we have so many substances that are needlessly illegal! It makes them cost a lot of money, so once people get addicted to them, they can’t afford it unless they lie, cheat, steal, and finally kill to get the money to get another fix. You don’t fix that problem by making MORE laws to make those substances MORE illegal. You fix it by making them totally legal and cheap, and then offering social programs to help people get off of them. You do it by destigmatizing these drugs so that once someone is an addict they don’t have to hide their face in shame. How many millions of people are addicted to cigarettes or are alcoholics? But we don’t cast aspersions at them the way we do at people who are addicted to cocaine or heroine. Why? It’s the same damn thing! It’s giving in to a craving, one that will probably result in killing you. The only difference is the government doesn’t say that drinking and smoking is illegal. Ohhh, but they USED to say that drinking was illegal. Remember the Prohibition amendment? So what was the difference? During Prohibition, people viewed drinkers as outlaws, criminals, disgusting, in-human monsters that were found at the very dregs of society. But now it’s totally socially acceptable to go to a bar on Friday night and have a few drinks with friends while you watch a sports game.

What the hell makes it any different!? It’s a mind-altering substance that causes damage to your body when abused and is responsible for ruining more families than I care to count through bankrupting their nest-egg and their values.

I see your argument, sir, as both craven and ill-informed. The military couldn’t possibly solve the drug problem. All they would do is make it even HARDER to acquire drugs, thereby further inflating their cost to the point where EVERY addict would have to steal and kill to get what they wanted. Your solution is, simply put, dull-witted. Do your homework before trying to make an emotional appeal to the hearts and minds of the American people, you Neocon dog!

    Definition of Treason:
    1 : the betrayal of a trust : treachery
2 : the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign’s family

First our Government has betrayed our trust by taking away our civil liberties one at a time and misleading us into a war. If you stand for this you defy our constitution.
Second our government is based on checks and balances and is defined by our constitution as a small government with the power in the hands of the people. So being upset with the way our leaders are treating this country and doing something about it is in no way treason. It is standing up for our Government and our constitution.

SACRED CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO BEAR ARMS
Not primarily for collecting; not primarily for hunting; but primarily for a standing militia in every state - ready, when faced with intolerable governmental tyranny, for explosive bloody revolt.

Every American child should grow up knowing exactly how to safely use an automobile-privilege, for transportation; every American child should grow up knowing exactly how to safely use a gun-right, for bloody revolt.
Every sensible educated person knows that the American Constitutional Right to Bear Arms is a sacred integral part of the American system of government, by the People and for the People, far superior to that of the powers of their executive, legislative, or judicial branches of government.
Every sensible governmental official has a very healthy respect for the inherent revolutionary powers of the American People over their own government.
